Main feature for me is the Note page at the beginning of each month that I will use to keep for a budget page to keep tabs on finances. Lisa went above and beyond in remembering the details of a product I had previously had difficulty sourcing and letting me know when they had such an item available. Personalised service – The diary I wanted is no longer available. Lisa was able to source one that was quite similar and adaptable for my use.
