from the one I originally ordered. I contacted customer service and explained the issue, but they refused to refund me even though it was their mistake and not what I paid for. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend buying from this company.

Worst delivery service from this company – I am still writing on my order placed in Brisbane on 17th January has still not been delivered. Consequently my printer is out of action until I get the cartridges.

A refund for missing cartridges – On Saturday 28th September 2024 I purchased a HP 965 Ink Cartridge Value Pack - Includes: [1 x Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow] for $143.09. On Thursday 3rd October 2024 I received an empty box just the receipt inside it. On Friday 4th October 2024 Sam gave me a full refund since there were no cartridges in the box. Show reply

Something has gone wrong with this company – I’ve used cartridges direct for years and always had great service- until now. I ordered some new cartridges a week ago and not only have they not been delivered but the order is showing as pending fulfillment. Attempts to contact the company through their chat line met with no response. I’ve no idea what’s changed; they used to be great.

Shonky – They let you order on the website, then send you an email to say all items are out of stock and that a refund will be arranged. No refund is ever received, they delay until they can get stock which takes over a month. 'Customer Service' is a joke and don't respond to emails. Fraudulent setup for sure!

Awesome service, great prices! – Cartridges Direct are my go-to for whenever I need to get new cartridges for my HP printer. Not only are Cartridges Direct cheaper than others out there, but I also don't have to waste my time going to the shops. My most recent order got caught up by AusPost delays (by no means Cartridge Direct's fault) but customer service was great and kept me informed as my order was late.

online store was incredible and we really appreciated the honest advice. They did not try to sell us the most expensive printer but, in fact, told us to buy the cheaper option as it would provide much greater value. We are very happy with our purchase and the level of customer support from CartridgesDirect.

They have a bait and switch approach – They let you buy stock that is not there then they order it from China and make you wait. Absolute nonsense.

It's great to have a printer in the office again – Our landlord we subleased off moved out during COVID lockdown leaving us high and dry without a printer. We ordered the HP Color LaserJet Pro and it arrived quickly with no issues and free postage is also nice since it's a heavy thing. I don't actually own a printer or scanner at home so the ability to print and scan documents for my own personal stuff at work again is very handy.

cartridges that are purchased through the website which is the first time I have ever seen this being offered within Australia. Highly recommended.

No Longer Using Them – As a real estate business we use a lot of cartridges. I always had to wait for delivery as they never seem to hold stock. Now found Ink Station as a supplier, not only a little cheaper but I receive my order next day. This means in future I won't have to carry as many spare cartridges. Win win.

Highly rate Cartridges Direct – Use cartridges direct for our HP printer ink supplies. The service is great and fast. Highly recommend. Particularly so after having some bad experiences with other Cartridge suppliers. Will definitely use again next time we need a cartridge order

Misleading prices – Left items in cart totalling $626. Received email 10am to checkout now and receive 10%off. Logged in at 3pm and cart had miraculously become $668. Chat assistant couldn’t help. Prices move all the time, I now find them unbelievable. Rip off :(

their site said It was in stock and if ordered before 2pm It will be despatched the same day! I ordered before 2pm and shortly after, I received an email stating the printer was not in stock and it would be 3-4 days before they would have it. Couldn’t get them to answer the phone so I emailed to cancel and then called them First thing the next morning. I got [name removed] In customer service, who says the goods are already shipped and gives me a tracking number that appears to have 2 parcels for delivery that day. I’m not sure how they went from no stock to ‘already shipped’ but I think. ‘Great, too good to be true!’ I then look at the detail of The tracking history and realise the tracking showed a start time 12 hours before I placed the order. I then realise this cannot be their tracking no. for my order. Called [name removed] again and was given a lengthy explanation of how they prebook heaps of pickups from their supplier warehouses before they receive the orders. She swore blind yes this is my tracking number. Like a fool I stay in all day and surprise surprise, there is no delivery but in checking the tracking again I do see an attempted delivery failure status when I return online. At the time of the supposed delivery attempt I was mowing the front lawn and apparently missed a delivery!? Absolutely no way! I phoned again and spoke to [name removed] this time, who contradicted everything that [name removed] had said, and promised a refund the next day, but then said she was waiting for the undelivered (non existent) goods to be returned to her supplier. Remember the goods were out of stock so they were waiting for the return of goods that were never actually in stock and never shipped! I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Why do they do it? They told me they do not stock the printers but drop ship them direct from the supplier to you. They know this will take longer so they send you an out of stock email and then delay, delay, delay until they actually have something they can ship. Spend your money elsewhere folks! Great waste of time and very frustrating!
