Caruana Motors

Great in every way. We have taken our cars to Luke from Caruana motors for several years now and every time Luke and the boys have been fantastic in every way. The communication is great, always straight up and to the point. It's great to deal with people you know you can trust. The auto electric side of Caruana is also excellent.

Not so Good – Earlier this year we had our 2016 Ford Territory serviced here and it included front brake rotor and pads replacement. I'm not a mechanic but I had been advised prior that the rotors should not be machined. They should be replaced. In this service they were machined and whilst still legal the brakes started shuddering badly shortly after. After an extended trip I had the brakes inspected. The rotors showed burning in one area as the brake rotors are simply not substantial enough to withstand machining (not my description- that is what a brake specialist advised). The difference in cost is about $50 between machining and replacement so for a "saving" of $100 I now have to have the rotors and pads replaced again. I'll go elsewhere but caveat emptor.
