Kingswood and was told they will check car and do repairs. We were given courtesy car until problem was fixed. The next day the courtesy car broke down and wife late for work. We were given a second courtesy car until wife’s car was ready to pick up. A few days later we were told by Carwise that wife’s car ready to be picked up. So picked up car and all good for one day. The next day when wife driving home all the warning lights came on dashboard and very hard for wife to drive. The next morning I checked car and battery was flat. I phoned my mechanic again and was told car has serious electrical problem. So I took car back to Carwise again to be repaired. I asked for a refund but my request was refused. But this time no courtesy car provided just arrogance. A few days later I was told car ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was given keys and told car is on road in front of yard. I walked to car and it was covered in dirt and bat manure. After a few days more problems with car so this time decided to sell. We received $7.500 for the car a loss of about $8000, this includes mechanical cost and Taxi cost. If you buy a car from Carwise Kingswood be very careful. We were cheated and lied to by manager and salesman

Worst dealer I have experienced – Used cars, used car manager what can I say not good. Not interested in the best deal for his clients, did a favour for the finance broker, but stuff the customer. Worst experience in my hole 45 years of dealing with car dealers. Never will I venture to that dealership again or recommend that dealership to anyone.

Avoid this dealership at all cost, they remove honest negative reviews on google – Flew to this joint from Queensland, under the premise "only a little bit of surface rust underneath the tray mate" i was told on the phone, sent photos that showed the 2016 hilux to be in really good nick. years. (Jimmy) Failed to mention any of this rust or at least show me this. When i told Jimmy i've been mislead about the amount of rust there is on the car, he said "What do you expect, for me to get on the ground and take photos underneath the car and dirty my clean uniform?!" As if he isnt a car salesman and they don't know about this. Constantly saying "I don't know" just pleading negligence as if this isn't his job and wouldn't know about any of this" His manager luckily refunded my $1000 deposit before i had to take it further. The Hilux was a total rust bucket, and when i first rocked up before even seeing the car, Jimmy asked if i wanted to hand over the cash now, or test drive it first. Buyer beware. As dodgy as they come. Keep in mind, this guy had the audacity to say i was in the wrong for not getting an independent inspection after misleading me like this, are you guys not a car dealership? This car was literally built in 2016, they've bought it at a rock bottom price in hopes they can flick it off to someone gullible. If you see this Hilux 2016 4×4 auto, be very careful, as it has been relisted on carsales. would avoid this dealership at all cost. And i'm sure they will make some sort of effort to have this review removed - a typical tactic of dodgy buisness owners. By the way, they've resprayed the tray i'd assume the day before i arrived, could still smell it and was still a little bit sticky when lifting latches. The clay was half way up the side of the radiator and halfway up the chassy consistently all throughout. lf you are going to try scam someone, at least half know what you are doing. could easily pick bits of flaky rust off with my hand on multiple parts of the car. Absolute joke, you should be reported to consumer affairs. If anyone wants the photos of what he sent me vs the photos i took, message me privately.

vehicle. 3 days later Jim advises me the car is sold. However, no deposit was ever given (confirmed by Alistair) nor was the car taken off Carsales. Over the following day, I get another phone call from Alistair who basically rung up to waste further time of mine by trying to gloat about allegedly selling the vehicle to someone 5 hours away WITHOUT a deposit. It fell flat so I ended up having to terminate the call with him. Also, Ralph the finance manager or guy who does it is totally inaccurate with his figures and he is also another waste of time. These clowns certainly have no idea how to secure a deal and no wonder they were after a quick sale of this Ram for "cashflow reasons".

Avoid these dodgy guys at all costs – Shifty dealership straight up mislead me, on multiple occasions. The manager Sam admitted on the phone to me that Alastair made a mistake but yet he refused to do the honourable thing and hasn't gotten back to me since I emailed a week ago. Do not buy a car from this dealer – Would not recommend this dealer do not keep there promises tell you things then deny that they said it then they tell that they are the most honest dealer in Sydney

LDV SERVICE CENTRE KINGSWOOD – I would never recommend this service centre. Manager is an arrogant pig. He was so rude and told us he didn't care if we got our van serviced from parramatta or not. Walked away and left us standing. This is our 2nd LDV van and can't wait for free service to be finished so I can very drive else where.
