Was repedititve questioning that was already stated and and given in the first intial application. previous lenders i have been through. But also was never communicated and i had to reach out why in the end i didnt meet citeria for them to lend me. Communication was lost and just had a really poor experience. Will not go back.

I wouldn't recommend getting a loan from them because their customer service is terrible since once you apply for a loan they will refuse your application straight away without even bothering to look at it so do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with these clowns.

"Thats just our policy" when what they mean to say is "If we have to think about it, it aint gonna happen". My first issue was with the fact they refused to change my bank account details when I closed a bank account. Their arguement was they needed bank statements more than 90 days old. I was closing an old account and transfering to a new bank. EVERY other service I use was able to comply. Credit 24 refused. Next, I placed my account on manual repayments, yes you can do that but they wont tell you unless you request it, several payments occured without issue. Then I get a notice saying I was late. I checked and the payment was there in my transaction history. I contact via chat and get told I made the payment outside the invoice period so it was calculated as an extra payment. Can you make the adjustment I ask. NO our system doesn't work like that we will have to refund you so you can pay again. **Seriously** Now keep in mind I made this payment 3 days before due. They state it can take up to 3 days to credit the account, so I believed I was making it at the perfect time. Nope, system doesnt work that way, customer has to fix it and they hung up on me.

Do yourself a favour, get a loan ANYWHERE else cos if you get stuck with these jokers you will regret it.

Update: So I contact them as requested after they offered to help with my issues. Bottom line was exactly as I told you. I get told its policy and something about security procedures for the bank account change. (Now I'm forced to use a business account for a personnal loan. I even lied to them and said the account was being closed, they still wouldn't make the change. They'd rather use potentially inactive account details than trust their customer and make the change). They offered to explain in more detail but the end result was always going to be the same. Now I've wasted even more time and still no better off. ****Rolls Eyes**** but they want to offer good customer service. Sure, Right!!

Useless response times. Contact them and you end up talking to different people and they don’t check notes etc. Took direct debits out that weren’t correct multiple times. there had been issues for everyone and shouldn’t happen again but sure enough it did. Been trying to sort other multiple issues for more than 6 mths. And have now referred the account to debt collectors despite telling us they were sorting everything and us being in continuous contact. There are weeks between any contact when they have said someone will be in touch. Try to do the right thing, then put it on the customer when they don’t follow up. Will be complaining to AFCA

Not helpful applying destroyed my credit rating from 841 to 714 was told no checks till approval they said i cannot afford it lol I take home between 5500 to 6500 after tax had to ring them several times i did get a loan cash converters no credit checks and contact ombudsman don't waste your time loan sharks

Genuine loan brokers will not pull a hard query on your credit report without passing internal reviews, thereby protecting your credit report from being adversely affected.
