My G-Shock G-Squad watch stopped working after a year. Since it was under warranty, I sent it in for repair. After waiting over a month with no updates, they informed me I’d be charged over $200 because the warranty was void. I paid $ 149 when I bought this watch!! They claimed it was due to replacing the battery with a non-CASIO-approved service. How was I supposed to know? I replaced it at Mr. Minit, like many others do! Show details
GA- 2100 Not a reliable watch – Potentially there will be problems with the digital and analogue displays - they will be different. The analogue displays will always wrong. It could happened every month, or a few month. Had send to Casio service to check and they CAN NOT find any issues because in 14 days the problem had not happened. Technically Casio had no capability to find any problem if the problem is not permanent. Show details

supposed to last 3 years. I could correct the time and it would start again then stop a few days later. The last time I tried to correct the time the dial fell out! I sent it back under a warranty claim. Casio refused to fix it stating that I had voided my warranty by opening it. So a $149 watch that's not shower resistant, whose battery failed after 6 months and then literally fell apart is not covered by Casio's warranty. Be warned.
