Plumber nightmare – These plumbers were used by Dixon homes of which I own. Home is under 10yrs old. Severe "knocking of pipes from my bedroom wall..". Owner came out, acknowledged problem...never saw him again..refused to answer calls, texts. Dixon homes are also washing their hands of the problem problem.... disgusted by both companies...beware!!
