period we observed following defects,which catalano failed to resolved and it seems they have supplied inferior quality material. (1) grey colour seats ae having shed difference. (2) noise obseved while seating (3)black dots penentrated from bottom of the seat , can not be removed. now company is not responding positively to resolve my problems.
Follow-up · Still Catalone failed to resolve my issue. With in warranty period they failed provide proper service to the customer.

are flat and lacklustre where we sit. And one creaked consistently. They sent someone out to view and hubby’s section got sent back for fixing. It has come back worse than ever, feels like sitting on a board covered in fabric. But my husband never complains. Bless! Was advised that there is actually a 120kg weight capacity - my husband NOR I are near that but I have never heard that before. I just can’t be bothered anymore. Takes ages for email responses. My old FF couches lasted longer and were more comfortable! So disappointed
Purchased a lounge a 3 months ago. Feathers poke you when seated and fall out constantly. If 2-3 people sit on the lounge for an hour we clean up 1-2 handfuls of feathers. Very uncomfortable, spikey, extremely messy and lounge now looks old and tired. Extremely poor customer service and told it was normal! For a lounge only used a couple of times a week it looks 5-10 years old. Show details

Extremely happy customer – Went back to Catalano Interiors, Nunawading and have now purchased a 3 Seater Sofa, 2 Sofa Chairs and 6 Dining Chairs. Won't honour the warranty – Won't honour the "10 year warranty" after 3 years on my lounge suite. I can feel the wood underneath the foam where it's sunk and they have deemed it "normal" despite the fact I live alone and only used the chaise due to medical condition NOT the area that's sunk It took months just to get this answer btw Never again Show details

My worst retail experience ever. Hard to believe these guys are still in business – I ordered a sandy/oak coloured dining table, got delivered a red toned dining table instead, I immediately repacked it in the same packaging and returned the products. Some items weren’t even unpacked or opened. Clearly, I received items that don’t match what’s on display in their store. I am then told there is a 20% restocking fee for the goods… Read more
because “they fall within their expected range”. As stated by Catalano staff member called [Name Removed].. Clearly I am disputing the fee. Even worse, 4 weeks later, no body responds to emails, no one returns phone calls. And I haven’t received any refund whatsoever ever. I have never seen such incompetence and arrogance from a staff member called [Name Removed]. I have sent emails to other staff with no response. I have now asked my company lawyer to commence sending a windup notice. Obviously they have a number of internal/operational issues. It’s a real pity as their store staff seem very professional and on point.
