emails requesting stock and shipping updates and later a full refund. I contacted fair trading in my state (NSW) but they were unable to help me as the business is allegedly located in Queensland. I am taking it up with Queensland Fair Trading now. So disappointed!!! I could've purchased through Amazon but wanted to support local businesses and buy direct as I watched Amazon destroy so many businesses in my neighbourhood when I lived in the US. Wish I had never ordered from them! They are SCAMMERS!!!

Very disappointing to learn this is a SCAM when gift purchased for childs birthday – Thanks for others reviews I figured out this business is a SCAM. When wanting to buy the Catopoly game for my daughters birthday, I had the option to place an order with Amazon, but thought it would be better in these challenging time to purchase from a small Aussie business. What a bad decision.

requesting updates on my order and have had no response. Luckily, I paid through a third-party (Zippay) and have since lodged a dispute with them. Very disappointing. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!

Do not use this company – Order was made over 6 weeks ago we haven’t received the goods. We have emailed them numerous times with no response. They have taken the cash but we haven’t received anything in return. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Its a scam do not buy from this company – I bought a jitter bug cat toy and some batteries for it I've waited just over 3 weeks and still have not received it i tried calling them sending emails and no response no cat toy no refund either what a waste of time and money i would avoid this company all together it's nothink but a scam

Do not buy from this scam of a company – I received a fake tracking number. The items never arrived after a month of waiting. After many emails I was eventually refunded. Beware of this dodgy company. Many other reviews have the same issues. If you do want to risk buying from them, use PayPal so you can at least lodge a dispute when they don't send the items.

Poor customer service – Product not received and no reply when asked for a solution. Will be lodging a dispute with PayPal as this business refuses to resend the item.

Average – We have purchased a couple of things of CATBOX. 2 Items okay, 1 faulty. They do not communicate back over the faulty product. Keep denying they supplied even though we have emailed them back the supply invoice 3 times.

Slow service, poor communication, items missing – I ordered 4 items on 12th November. They are in Brisbane and their website said 2 days shipping. Well I emailed a couple of times with no response. It was finally posted yesterday, 23rd November. I received it today and the main item (the reason for the order) is missing. I also ordered catnip bubbles, but this liquid doesn't make bubbles. Pretty disappointed. I'll stick with petbarn from now on.

Terrible customer service - delayed replies, no stock – Ordered a litterbox, said I would receive an email when it would be shipped, heard nothing for weeks. Online shop saying out of stock now despite showing in stock whilst purchasing and allowing me to complete the order. Customer service said they would check if one had been reserved; no answer. Requested refund, still nothing almost a month on. Had to request dispute via payment method instead.

Stay clear of this dodgy company – Please do not fall for their claims of 90 day return policy. They will make you pay for the return. They are a dropship company so you will find the exact same products on reliabile websites. stuck with it! I also do not trust they will give refund after return. Phone number does not work. Stopped replying to refund emails and blocked me on their Facebook page since I requested for refund publicly.

Quick delivery, good product – I ordered a cat tree from CatBox on Monday and I recieved it on Thursday. The packaging was a bit damaged but I put that down to the courier. boxes). Its pretty stable and has a sturdy base. The instructions werent that easy to follow but I soon worked out how to put it all together. Not sure how long the laminate will last but thats ok. The sisal rope seems robust.

to numerous phone calls and emails, no toy for my cat and no refund!! Avoid this company at all costs!! Treat your pet to something nice from someone else so you might actually receive your goods or your money back!!
