Forget "SCAMMERS" They are fraudulent !!!!!!!!!! – I am giving them 1 star as I can't give minuses. I ordered a pair of CAT Nerrate boots from them. After weeks they never arrived. but they said there was a "no refund policy", so I contacted them again and again Then they told me they had now run out of stock but could only refund 30% of purchase price because, as they said "They were being generous" I made the mistake of paying with VISA instead of PayPal.....maybe they thought I was fair game.

They used to be good – I always used to buy mongrel Boots because it felt like you were walking on air then I switch to caterpillar shoes for several years and they were fantastic but now recently I've brought the newest version and they are terrible and make your feet incredibly sore at the end of the day to the point where I could barely walk. bad! wrong items, no customer service bad bad bad – ordered items online from Cat, they sent the wrong items. was told I had to drive to Newcastle store to get a return, 6 hour round trip from Sydney, then told that I can't return online and now I have to wait for a missing part of the package before getting a refund. customer service is the worst I have ever seen. When I phoned the Newcastle store, he basically said he didn't care because cat is useless and he couldn't fix it. Unbelievable

Do not buy – Purchased a pair of CAT Device Waterproof CT Work boot in February 2020($206.99) .To start they wear very comfortable and waterproof, within 2 weeks the Cat tab at the back of the boots had a hole in both boots making them unsafe. Within a month the zipper sides did not work. Within 2 months the boots were hurting my feet that bad i could not walk properly. Do yourself a favour and buy Steelblue boots instead. Show details

A complete disaster – Recently, I have purchased a pair of Brode Hi steel toe boots using their online portal. It's been 2 month only and their sole came off. Is this false advertising? – Recently, I've purchased a pair of Chronicle boots through their online web site. While the site did not specify the type of construction used for this particular model, I assumed it was welt-constructed since there were evident stitches around the sole area. However, I then later found out that this model was in fact made with cement construction! So beware of the ostensibly welted boots. Show details

Caterpillar men's diagnostic steel toe "waterproof" - Comfortable, bad lacing design and terrible longevity – Purchased from Amazon, $165. Previously had Oliver AT's which were fairly good. Comfortable, but fall apart. Metal lace holders at top of boot are a bad design, laces were poor quality and frayed, soles started wearing away rapidly within 9 months. Disappointing – The previous pair were average, I bought them because they're available in a larger size USA 14. This pair were no good, they fell apart after 3 weeks. shops meeting friends, no harsh environments, they come apart. You buy a computer or a car and it lasts 10 years. Why don't they make boots out of car tyres? They last forever.
