buy metreage of mesh, they will stretch it to how you put it on the structure and then cut. I ordered and received about 8% less than I paid for. They seriously believe that this is good practice, to give you less than it is as manufactured. I guess they get more metres per roll this way, don't they! I installed it with tension as that is the logical way of doing it, and was left with no spare as required for other projects. This company is dishonest and I have full intention of giving their unsatisfactory response to the ACCC, stating they stretch the mesh before cutting. If possible, buy with PayPal or Credit Card so you can get a part refund.

The cats will just dig – The product is fine... netting can be annoying feeding the rope through what can amount to 100+ metres in my case. I purchased the 45 degree bars and netting... but the reality is... if your house has trees near the fence or even dirt on the ground, the cats will just dig their way out or you'll be chopping down trees. Rusty frames – I bought 2 double mobile enclosures in 2019. The first 18 months great, no problems, then I noticed rust starting on all the joins, worse at the bottom in contact with the ground. The netting, however, is still in great condition, so I have a dilemma - buy replacement frames and hope they have improved the product, or bin the netting and find an alternative. A steel frame not lasting 3 years is appalling. For comparison a friend has a steel dog enclosure she uses in her vegetable garden and it's nearly 10 years old and only has surface rust on the feet sitting on the ground. I think I am going to get one of them. To sum up, the netting is great but the frame is very poor quality.

measure and tailor the right solution around my needs both the technical ones such as the construction and durability part as much as the aesthetics such as where the screws would go and how the deck would look like once the net is deployed. Unfortunately, due to my special requirements which included a removable solution rather than fixed, the budget for this project exceeded my budget and I had to put this on the back burner for now. I highly recommend CatSafe Enclosures for their professionalism, care and that 10% customer service they put above the 100% .

Product is what it says - if you ever get it! – I have ordered twice from Catnets. The first time, their courier service (Direct Freight Express) said they attempted to deliver on 8th September but were unable to (no reason given but my wife and I were home all day) The items were eventually delivered on 12th September. The second item was supposed to be delivered today (19th September) and when it hadn't arrived by the expected time, I checked the tracking and again it said failed to deliver - card left. I checked my security cameras and at 12:16:17 their van went past my house and 33 seconds later came past again - leaving. Won't be ordering again if they keep using these charlatans!

into liquadation on 2/12/19...........I did a google search and this information came to light. I rang the liquidators and they confirmed that it was true and they are the case managers for the liquadation. The company are still advertising products on their website today but now on backorder!!!! Kros Holdings Pty Ltd-" Backyard Cat Enclosures" is their name. They promised me refund of 2 cat enclosures and other products as stated that they had water damage to their warehouse and would refund my money on 11/11/19. I am still waiting and they do no answer emails, phone cut off and chat not working.............yet still advertising products for sale on back order.
