Best Experience – Nurse Vivian is amazing, she wants you to look natural. And the first nurse who I dont bruise with. Have also reccomended to family and friends and they loved their results.

Vivien – Vivien is absolutely amazing at injection, she takes her time and you can tell she actually cares about you. Wouldn't go to anyone else

Great service – I went and saw one of the Drs regarding an eye problem and they gave me options and prices before we started, the procedure hurt a lil bit but to be expected but the results were amazing. Definitely saved me money on doing full surgery.

Very disappointed and inexperienced staff – Had IPL treatment done by nurse [Name Removed]. My face gone from bad to worse. Spend $350 on the IPL plus $50 for the DePig lotion which is not working at all. result was amazing. My face was blemish free and the DePig lotion worked fantastically peeling layers off my skin. It’s sad that she sold the clinic to unprofessional and inexperienced people.

Terrible – This clinic is all about how much money they can get from you. I spent $2500 on my face only to be left with bumps and unevenness. Rude and dont listen to ones needs

Appalling – Absolutely appalling, money hungry management. I go to this clinic regularly for tattoo removal and have always been charged a reasonable, consistent amount. the higher amount as of today. I obviously disputed this, but simply got an apology with no explanation. The owner clearly doesn't care about his business' clientele and wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I disputed the charge... clearly making the receptionist do his dirty work. The lady who does my tattoo removal, Tuba, is absolutely amazing though. I strongly suggest she move to a clinic that is run by someone with a little more respect and decency.

that’s fine and back out to the waiting room I went with all other waiting customers without a mask on also, so I put my mask on in the waiting room.

Anyway to the injecting part, she didn’t say anything or discuss anything just went straight to jabbing, I know I should have left? Anyway the doctor starts asking me where I want the filler put, I opened my eyes looked at her and said what? Your the expert you put it where you think it should go.

Left the clinic.

A week later my lips were uneven, bottom lip very huge compared to my top lip( I already have a naturally bigger bottom lip) so after setting up a review with this doctor I tried explaining to her that my lips were uneven- she didn’t care just kept saying- I put 1ml in your lips - well I kept saying- I know you did but you haven’t put it in the correct places. She ended up admitting she put 0.5 in both the top and bottom? As soon as she said this I asked her how long she had been injecting for- no answer just stared at me while I was waiting for an answer- in the end she ended up fixing my top lip to make look more even- after half an hour of arguing and me reminding them I had spent nearly a thousand dollars in their clinic and this is unacceptable.

I will never be going back, and I feel scared for all the woman about to receive botched jobs! This clinic cares about numbers, they pump them in just as fast as they pump them out and totally stop caring once they have your money and your gone.

I didn’t believe ACA was fair on the clinic, but now I think they weren’t hard enough on them!

They provide scammers customers but saying 20 percent off., they burnt my face with laser .. Botox lasts a moth and filler two weeks..
