States the consultation is free during which the girl admitted laser won’t work on blonde or red hair - the bloke on the phone had told me I had to prepurchase the package so I’d paid $340 without any questions about the pigment of the hair - then I requested a refund as they literally are not providing a service and he took a $34 ‘refund’ fee. What a rip off.

Chaya is my go to therapist, I’m not sure if it’s her adorable smile, care and attention to detail, or conversations! – I’m always looking forward to my sessions with chaya, she always leaves me feeling better about myself, smiling and does an amazing job with her treatments!

City Clinic – My first visits to the clinic were not good, rushed, uncomfortable and lacking a high standard of service. I recommend asking to be treated by the Manager for best results and experience.

Not enough Botox – A doctor called me, and the young girl spent a long time explaining things (though left very quickly). But I can still see wrinkles in my forehead. I had my underarm laser treatment done at Viclaser in Mt Waverley, and Olivia was the one who performed the procedure. I’m very happy with her service—she explained everything clearly beforehand, encouraged me to ask questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
