But when I once forgot the exact time booked and got late being sick; they refused to entertain after 15 minutes and confiscated the whole session as a cancellation fee. So, unprofessional/rude business. I already have a similar bad experience with your previous business manager. Your long-term customer cooperates when your technicians has to leave home suddenly at their appointment time, but you didn't let go of one late attendance without charging a full cancellation fee of $50 as a one-time goodwill gesture. It is shame that a business preferred to lose 4 Clients over little money. If it is matter of policy. There should be a policy when they cancel last minute give us an extra session.

However, the technician was dismissive when I requested to begin with the upper lip and progress downwards for hygiene reasons, a request that has always been accommodated in my previous sessions. The technician explained that this was inconvenient as it required changing protective goggles, and proceeded to perform the Brazilian (including the butt area) first before returning to treat my upper lip. This approach made me feel extremely uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. Client comfort, professionalism and hygienic practice should be prioritised over staff convenience. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Customers should be careful when purchasing treatment packages. In my case, appointments continued to be booked even after my package had been fully used. After the treatment, I was then asked to pay the full price for the session. I believe this type of practice is misleading and inappropriate. I would not recommend the Morley branch, particularly due to my experience with one of the staff members. I have lodged a formal complaint with both the Morley branch and Head Office. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider alternative clinics before booking at this location.

appointment date. All texts advise staff ill. When i went in today I was advised i would have to pay another $110 due to it expring 2 weeks ago. I advised none of this was on me but them being the ones to cancel each appointment. Would not budge or refund. I will never use these guys again. Feels like they are happy to steal your money and wrap it up in a bow of terms.

didn’t went through. However she went above and beyond with her service. She stayed back and helped me. She was very patient and explained the problem I have with my wrinkles and suggested the injection point and also explained how much she is going to put in. She also called me couple days later to find out whether I have any side effects and discomfort. She made me feel that I was well cared for. Highly recommended

was so angry, hurt and disappointed with my laser team because there was no way I could maintain the hair that was growing on my cheeks, chin, jawline, and all over my neck! In the photos notice how many “dots” are there, those are in growing hairs. It was very dense.

I did electrolysis for monthly 3 hour sessions for 1 year and I can finally say that my hair growth is so reduced I barely notice it. I can easily maintain my hair. And this is permanent results!

Nora is caring, considerate and educated and she is very clear on what she can deliver and how to manage your expectations.

After my first few sessions I was extremely swollen, but I always healed up pretty well. Now I only have a little swelling. The pain varies depending on area and personal sensitivities. For me the neck was very painful but the cheeks I tolerated comfortably with numbing cream.

Nora educated you on the after care and used great products to speed up the recovery. She never over treated me either, where many places do.

She was also extremely efficient and cleared most if not my whole face every session (depending on my pain threshold).most places don’t do this and people with my hair growth pattern would spend years before they see this level of marked reduction.

Less than 5 minutes, almost did nothing yet charged me $79. Fairfield forum branch run by a group of under-age employees who are very unprofessional. It's a total rip off with poor quality service.

I was sold a BBL laser 3 treatments. My opinion is that it was a complete waste of money and time. It did nothing for my sunspots and to be honest I couldn’t see any difference at all. I think this is a big con and money making racket.

consultant took me in a room & pretty much said right away the treatment wasn’t really for me & talked me into another treatment for $400 & it was an hour long session. I went for the treatment & it did not go for an hour it was more like 45 minutes. I feel this company is using the special & once your the they say this treatment is not the best one for you so that is how they are scamming people for more money! This company is a disgrace !!!
