Very rude and unprofessional
Laser Clinics Australia - ACTVery frustrating, Appointments gets cancelled numerous times but the admin has no idea of who is cancelling the appointment. It's hard to get a hold of them over the phone. No one answers. They tell you that the treatment you did was only for 1 treatment but they fail to tell you that they actually charged you for 2 treatments in 1 go so you can purchase more treatments. Very unprofessional. Save your money and avoid TUGGERANONG LASER CLINIC. Staff should be trained properly to learn to show respect to clients and not cheat them so they can get their commission. Such poor management!!

Refund issue
Laser Clinics Australia - ACTI moved to NSW so I told Tuggeranong store to do the transfer, they refused to do transfer as it’s so much of hustle.
And when they did refund I haven’t got my money yet on my account
I have tried multiple times calling and emailing them but not a proper answer to anything.
This is so disappointing that they keep stalling my problems and I haven’t got my $250 refund
I can’t come to store as I have already moved to NSW and now they are responding on anything
Not the best customer service

Unethical Business
Laser Clinics Australia - QLDMy two teenage daughters bought prepaid sessions at a discounted rate with birthday and Christmas money that they had saved. We recently went to book and was told the pre paid sessions had expired. Not good enough stealing money from a child. You should be ashamed. No emails.or warning sent to notify of the sessions soon to expire. Between them they have lost $500. When contacted that basically said bad luck and also offered to sell them more sessions at a slightly cheaper rate.

Good services but inflexible policies
Laser Clinics Australia - NSWHave been happy with their services in the past, however the company's completely inflexible position on refunds, transferring treatments between clinics or generally being helpful when disasters get in the way of attending an appointment is really disappointing. L I understand that they're on a tight timeframe and have staff shortages like everywhere else, but even a tiny bit of empathy would go a long way to making the experience with them better. They made it abundantly clear that they don't care about my emergencies, and that's fine.

Ripping off customers in the name of extras
Laser Clinics Australia - VICI booked 6 pre paid Brazilian + underarms session with Laser Clinic for $39 dollars per session. In one of the session, I asked them if they could also do bikini lines and the their team member said yes and it would be an extra charge, which is understandable. However, the team member didn't share what the charge would be during the session. After the appointment they charged me $80 in the name of extra charge. When I asked what was the logic for that, they said we charged you for half legs for bikini lines. Can someone please explain to me how

Browns plains- horrible
Laser Clinics Australia - QLDThe owner of this salon should not be dealing with customers let alone be running this business. DONT PAY IN ADVANCE HERE!!! I paid in advance for some treatments ($250 worth). Not only are they always running late to booked appointments but if you reschedule make sure you triple check it’s for the right date. ... Read mored at the wrong week and booked it in wrong, they couldn’t fit me on the day or that weekend. The lady behind the counter put the blame on me and so did the owner of the business. I had moved since I started going here so called the LCA closer to me, they could fit me in and even said they know how bad browns plains is (I’m not the first customer to have issues) I tried to have my prepaid sessions moved to my new clinic. The owners blamed me for the appointment rebooking being incorrect, is very bad at responding to emails to try and get a resolution and refuses to talk on the phone. The main website says credits can be transferred if you move, this was refused. I even got head office involved and they were useless and referred me to browns plains despite repeatedly saying they don’t respond. I’m trying to lodge a QCAT claim, but browns plains won’t supply the evidence I need to lodge the claim and hasn’t responded to emails (it’s 2 weeks since I sent my email request and no response). LCA would rather take the brand damage the browns plains does than hold them accountable when customer move clinics. DONT TRUST BROWNS PLAINS IF THEY CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT WOULD YOU TRUST THEM WITH LASER OR INJECTIONS! The same people that book the appointment are the same people that inject and use lasers. The staff aren’t even trained correctly when the start working there, they either learn on the job or they have prior experience (this was told to me from a staff member that use to work from the browns plains clinic and now works at a different clinic. So many terrible experiences
Laser Clinics Australia - VICI've been getting laser here for years. I moved stores as I moved across town. I arrived to my appointment and the store was shut down, nobody notified me at all.
Trying to resolve this was extremely difficult and took months. Finally they transferred me to MALVERN LCA. I had just purchased 2x more lasers as I was sick of waiting, but then saw I had my last 5 online. I booked in and went. I was told that the 5 sessions that I had no access to for months, will expire before I could use them, and that I was dumb to purchase so many, it was my own fault. There was no point in trying to have any kind of conversation with the lady, she wormuldnt even look me in the eye, just on her computer telling me how stupid I was. I walked out and emailed customer service. Customer service gave no response. I emailed and requested a refund on the 2x extra sessions as they will expire before I get to use them, according to Malvern. I also requested that my original 5 sessions be transferred elsewhere. After a few days, I emailed again, via their website and again no response. A few days later I found their refund department address and emailed them. An auto response said they would get back to me in max 48 hours. But no response at all. Cancelled apply 5 minutes before
Laser Clinics Australia - NSWMade appt 3.40pm Frid, received reminder to attend three days running, Tues, Wed, AND Thurs to confirm attendance with threat of cancellation if cancelled within 72 hours of appointment.
Arrived at Westfields Tuggerah at 3.35pm Frid advised appointment for 3.40pm cancelled the girl was not at work.
No worries, I am disabled my husband left his office 1.5hrs early on a Friday to pick me up and take me to the appointment.
The cancellation call as I opened the door to go inside, it was on speaker phone.
Then phoned back somewhat frustrated given

I was so nervous to have my lips done as previous. I had them done, and I haven’t always been happy with them at another clinic.
My nurse was Grace ,who was unbelievable patient professional and knowledgeable with injectables.
Grace gave me plenty of time to be comfortable
And was so patient and precise with me as she was doing my lips
I what amazing job I’ve had many compliments, how natural my lips look
