Do not go to Laser Clinics. I bought a $60 microdermabrasion for my daughter and when she went and had the treatment the next day they charged me $120 stating the deal had ended. They did not care and claimed that I should have paid for it at the time. There was no info that stated if I didn’t pay at the time that the cost would double. Highly not recommended. I visited the Bankstown clinic and was deeply concerned to discover that an unqualified laser therapist was permitted to perform treatments. This raises serious questions about safety, professional standards, and the clinic’s duty of care to clients.

then confusion around my package, and I was incorrectly told that I had no remaining laser sessions for my legs, even though I did still have one session left. This was later corrected. Following this, there was further confusion when I was told that I did not have laser included for my bikini area. The repeated errors and lack of clarity around my package made the appointment very frustrating and disorganised. Additionally, I was unhappy with the service provided by the two new staff members. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning. By the way the company are using a new system on their website so it’s more convenient for lots people because you can go to the website and check and book appointment online instead of call but still lots to improve like history and other staffs. Anyway. Joyce is great very professional and friendly I will keep stay in Hornsby clinic for now.

Setting up an appointment was easy. When I arrived for my appointment, the reception staff were very helpful. The person explaining the procedure said you wont end up with loose skin your younger then me, when in actual fact i was older by 3 years when she mention your younger then me, she mention look at my loose skin, after i already had it done, and they were not properly trained. I was told my stomach would be “snatched in.” The only risk they mentioned was PAH, which they said was 1 in 100,000. Thankfully that didn’t happen to me — but I ended up with loose skin and a new bulge that wasn’t there before. Yes i had bit of fat like we all do. Clothes I wore on the day of the treatment no longer fit the same, and other outfits don’t sit properly anymore.

They apply as many applicators as possible, which made me question what the goal actually was — $ -other clinics use far fewer. They also don’t offer any tightening procedure afterwards, which I was never warned about. The I believe CoolSculpting here has actually worsened my shape. NOTE, you far better off keeping your shape and fat where it is, im not a big person by far, im only a size 12, There are no refunds, and they take the staff’s word over the client’s. I spent a lot of money at the Waurn Ponds clinic in the shopping centre and I regret it. They also seem to go through cosmetic nurses and staff constantly.

I won’t be going back. Please be warned — this was a very disappointing and painful experience. It just removes the fat but with too many aplicators done on the day has left me with loose skin thats now a bulge.

I have repeatedly questioned the effectiveness of the treatment with the therapists. No answers given. Customer Service is often very poor with rude girls taking bookings and performing treatment. your treatment which means never, it was so stressful and honorees as you always have to go out of your way as we live on the beach.

I discussed this with my laser therapist at the last session, and the response was, it does not work for anyone and never will all hair be removed, it will just become lighter [?!?]. In my case not even that.

Needless to say the photos and what's advertised is very different.

For my 7th Laser session, settings as follows for a non-sensitive area [Underarms and Legs]: 10 J/cm² (Fluence) 5 ms (Pulse Duration) 2.0 Hz (Repetition Rate) Its the middle of winter hence no risk of sun exposure. I am not fair skinned [nor olive or dark] just middle of the road, I have had no issues with the first 6 sessions hence no risk of adverse reaction.

From doing research these settings are extremely conservative, not to say useless, especially taking into account the number of sessions I had, zero sun exposure or risk thereof and zero adverse reactions. Other reviews also state a similar experience, that at Laser Clinics you need a lot more sessions as each session uses extremely low settings.

Disclaimer here is that I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy, and have been on the exact same treatment for about 3 years, hence my hormones are stable, and blood tests confirm that my hormones are a) stable and b) no higher than a healthy 35 year old. Of course, this was disclosed in great detail when I purchased the package. We then moved interstate, thankfully the clinic where I bought the packages transferred, however in hindsight it would have been better not to waste all this time and energy.

When I started my first session at the new clinic, there was immediately a concern raised about the Hormone Replacement Therapy and that the treatment might not work. Of course, I asked for a refund as no point wasting time and money on something which is not going to give results. The clinic where I purchased, mentioned that there is never a guarantee [red flag!!], however where happy to take my $700 and did not consider the HRT a big enough deal.

No refund was provided by the clinic raising the concern and administering the treatments, which is outrageous as I disclosed my situation in great detail PRIOR to payment.

Result: $700 gone, 20 hours and a wasted summer I never get back in addition to the stress of it all.

On a positive note, the laser therapist was always really friendly and she was knowledgeable, which was appreciated.
