This company is a total scam, do not buy from them. They said my order was on "preorder" and offered me a store credit. They then disappeared. How can people be so d#mn dishonest? I have lost $140 to these criminals!

Do not buy from this company. Never received my items. Bought on 23/12/2025, Emailed and 27/1/26 as still had not received the items, and were told the items would be delivered the next week. Now 6/2/26 and we still have not received the items. Have emailed twice with no response.

customers just like me who have been completely ripped off. It makes you wonder how much money they’ve taken from unsuspecting customers over time. This business takes your money and then disappears. my parcel would arrive the week after. I received a phone call from the that next week to say the brushes I wanted were no longer available. It was agreed for them to send a substitute. They said that they needed to be ordered and I should have them within the week. I sent a follow up email on the 19th June to see where the order was at. I got no response. On the 25th June I sent another email, still no response. I phoned them on the 5th July, I rang and it went through to voicemail. I left my details and explained what was going on and asked them to call me. Still no response from them. Very poor service from them. Next step is to lodge a complaint with fair trading to get my money refunded.

Followed them up again on 30/10/25 after I heard nothing and got a reply on 4/11/25 to say "we may be able to fulfil your order, with an ETA set for next week" but that week has come and gone. I've requested a CC chargeback form the bank and I won't be bothering with them again.

After reading reviews I worried I’d been scammed but I got my order, it did take a little longer than expected but that’s ok because i live in a different state. I received genuine items in perfect order.. They also answered my email immediately, were very nice and provided tracking number and today items arrived at my front door. Easy to deal with so I’m happy.. Great experience with this business :)

Items eventually do arrive – Celcius Beauty/Group online store - there are a few similar website names however my experience was ok. The items had not arrived in a few weeks, but no notifications were given. Reviews did not sound promising. No phone number to call. However, when contacted by email the response was immediate…..got lost in transit…..but surprisingly all arrived eventually.

I had no problem with this company – After placing my order, then reading reviews, I was absolutely not expecting to receive anything however my order arrived today, just a couple of weeks after placing my order. It appears to be a legit product and well in the use-by-date. Considering so many other bad experiences from other customers, I'm a surprisingly happy customer!

legitimate business would resolve the matter or contact your bank promptly, also the debt amount they are asking for is laughable, its definitely illegal and criminal. This is clearly a scam and should be reported.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Website looks legitimate, but you will not receive your order. They send you in circles with promises that you will receive your order “next week” but can’t supply a tracking number & it never arrives. I have had to lodge a payment dispute with my bank to get a refund as Celsius refused to refund me even though my order hasn’t been dispatched for almost 3 weeks. Consumer affairs has also been notified.

Yes this business are slow to respond and send out the items I ordered ... but my items did arrive. Not in the usual time we are used to receiving online orders, it took one month from ordering 19/10/25 but they did arrive 17/11/25. If you want a faster delivery choose someone else if you want a cheaper price then you need to be patient. They are not scammers.

scammed customer reviews. I called my bank to change my card details and dispute the transaction. I thought that was the end of the matter, but today (about 6 months later) they have set a debt collector onto me. I just received an email demanding $200! My purchase (which never arrived) was $27 including postage. I’m so disgusted. This scam needs to be shutdown.

Online scammers. They take your money, ignore your emails and never send the goods. I've lodged a dispute with my bank. It's much safer these days to only buy from companies who have built a good reputation. I wish I could have given Celcius Beauty zero stars because they don't even deserve one star!

Celcius Beauty is a complete scam. They have no intention of ever shipping products, never issue refunds, and instead try to trap customers with unwanted store credits. couldn't wait any longer. Launch a transaction dispute with the bank and low and behold I get a message a couple of days later from Australia Post saying my product was being delivered. Do not send them any money. They do not supply, only promise, then refuse to reply to nice email requests asking for the status of the order I paid 9 weeks ago & still nothing.
