I Can't Get No Satisfaction – On the 27/9/ 22 I booked a room at Cosmo Apartments Brisbane via Agoda because it had a bath. To ensure I got a bath I made a special request. and discovered no bath; On the 25/12/22 I told the Duty manager who was very pleased and happy to record my dissatisfaction in great detail. He did not change my room and the manager was not available. I left on 26/12/22. On 9/1/23 I phoned Cosmo Apartments, my dissatisfaction was again recorded; the manager was not available. I was told she would phone the following day. I am now expecting her to contact me as soon as hell freezes over. To avoid this kind of misrepresentation and disappointment, to get what you pay for and what you want; just don't go there.
