had to pay in full and submit claim, also their online self service was very limited. The extras cover was not great and one of the reasons I switched, but I have since found the other big companies claim high cover and returns, but when you actually claim you get very little back, it's all in their wording, you will only get high refunds if you use their doctors - that are subpar - I am yet to find a good company that is completely honest.

Cant get past the poor telephone manner – I called Central West Health for a quote and to ask some detailed questions about their product / service. The experience has left we with unanswered questions and an uneasy feeling. I was unclear as to why this company had such a small market share compared to its competitors. Its size is probably a leading reason I'm sure but the way they handle their calls can not help in this regard. Good price. unhelpful, unreassuring
