Bought 3 rings for wedding etc….1 engagement and 2 wedding rings. All 3 have gone back within a few years. 1 was completely remade and the other issue was apparently caused by regular wear. Bent out of shape and missing diamond was the result and advised not to wear jewellery when pushing pram or opening a door which was ridiculous. You will get ridiculed and I argued an engagement ring is made to be worn and not put in a box. Couldn’t be bothered going via fair trading but a warning to everyone do .not buy from this jeweller unless you want issue after issue and no customer service.

Nancy was absolutely amazing – Amazing experience with Nancy. I wouldn't get jewellery from anywhere else now that I have found Cerrone. She spent lots of time with me and us picking the right stone and band. Was really flexible with the design and I got to pick it up on time as required. Highly recommend for anyone looking at engagement or wedding rings! Their Leichhardt store looks a million dollars and the quality is much better than Tiffanys for the same price!
