was spot on, from there I felt I could make a decision based on facts. He took the time show me all the functions of the car when William delivered the car to my door, it cant get better than that .
Had my $30k service completed and the team did a great job. Very clear communication and service completed on time. I also had headlight and bonnet protectors fitted which was done very well. Only a very small charge to fit them was charged. Another great experience at Chatswood Toyota Service department at Artarmon.

the trip!). He was informative and was not pushy (we love this about him!). We then wanted to look into financing a car and had a chat with Alex (Lun) finance manager. Speaking to Alex was a breeze he explained thoroughly the process! As this was our first day of car shopping, we weren't sure about committing right away. We said we'd be in touched with both Alex, and will decide on a later date. Our family left Toyota for lunch, and came back an hour later! (Perhaps we were just hungry and couldn't decide) Everything fell into place, both Alex ran us through the next steps, and applied for finance. Rema was lovely to have offered us an extra bundle to help with the car premium costs (dash cam)! Couple of days later, finance was approved, another few days, hubby picked up the new Rav4 Cruiser Hybrid 2023! We haven't got much to compare our experience with car shopping, but this was such a smooth transaction and experience. PLUS! Our old car was traded in and we didn't have to worry about selling it privately or taking it to the yard for spare parts! Thank you, Alex, Alex and Rema, you wonderful team!! Honestly, such well mannered and respectful bunch of humans!
Be careful with Chatswood Toyota – Be careful with their sales, review the contract word by word, avoid to spend over $400 to get something you don’t want! It may replace the part you asked in the contract!

Chatswood Toyota and to anyone who is considering buying a new vehicle, I sincerely advise you to consider buying your car through Chatswood toyota. This is my second vehicle purchase through them. The first car my wife is driving now and it's been a great car as well. Very Happy with Chatswood toyota and I highly recommend them.
Unfriendly and not premium service – I am terribly disappointed with Toyota Chatswood Service Centre at Artarmon. I have been servicing at the centre for a few years now. complete air-conditioning servicing package instead. Well, I took the package, thinking it will help and paid the money, in the end, the air-conditioning still breakdown. Went back for an urgent review, am told to wait for 2 weeks till they have servicing slot. We are now in summer and their servicing person just told me to bear with the heat in the car or go elsewhere. This is a total disappointment and I will not service my car in the service centre in the future!

ratification thereafter was attempted by him. He said he needed to go upstairs and as he left the sales office. He let the door slam loudly no explanation or apology in that occasion was offered again. It actually startled me. I believe this individual is based in this work desk and knows the environment and would control objects (door etc) within reason. Instead of creating an ongoing negative environment for the customer at the sales desk. I thanked him and again no proper polite actioning by this individual occurred, obviously lacking professionalism. I paid well above for the same article available online by relevant suppliers. That is tolerable as it was my decision. However what is not acceptable at all. Is the lack of good service and good attitude exercised by this mature sales person. I will not service my Toyota at this site and will not buy one single part from this same site. Please get your staff interacting with customers (specifically this individual - V..), to create a good environment for your business by their behaviour.
Beware - Service Department often adds unnecessary extras – I've serviced my cars here several times and at least twice the service department has attempted to add unnecessary extra activities to the service. The old classic is the "air conditioning sanitisation" but I've also had the "rotate and balance the tyres" which the service attendant mentions when dropping the car off without mentioning that it is… Read more
an additional extra cost so it appears that it is part of the service that you have booked. I've also been offered the power steering fluid flush and replace even though it isn't in the service schedule and there is nothing noted as being wrong with the existing power steering fluid. In short, if you take your Toyota to Chatswood Toyota's service department I suggest you make it VERY, VERY clear that you do not wish ANY extra activities to be completed so that you don't have to have the unpleasant conversation at the end of the day when you discover all these extras that have been added to your bill either without your consent or without disclosure that extra costs are being incurred. Its a shame that the good Toyota name is brought down by this kind of behaviour.
Battery failed 5 days after service – My car battery went flat 5 days after having the car serviced. Called Artarmon Service and did not get a call back. Battery is not in stock and no booking available for today. Don't have other option but to source another mechanic.
Exceptional Service – I took my new Landcruiser to Chatswood Toyota for its first service on a 'while you wait' basis.. John the Service Supervisor was very attentive and Daniel the Technician particularly knowledgeable and helpful. A 'first class' experience, and I will certainly be returning to Chatswood Toyota Service.
Attended and just got ignored – Was looking at trading in my Landcruiser bought from Newcastle in 2006 for a newer model but after spending over 30 mins at Chatswood Toyota only to get completely ignored made me go elsewhere. Great service and friendly atmosphere – Brought my car here and the team were very helpful when I inquired about the issues that my car had. They looked after all my needs and had the car ready on time. I really appreciate the great car servicing experience.
Customer deserves a honest service – My car has only driven 60,000 KM, on road less than eight years ago. Chatswood Toyota suggested me to do a 160,000 KM service based on its ageing. back brake pads needing replacement immediately, would only last less than 1000 KM, which would cost another $280. I was very surprised as the car was serviced six months ago and only had driven 8000KM since, they didn't mention the brake paddle being wore out at all. As I had another appointment to go, almost arrived at the service centre, I declined their request of changing the back brake pads. It's lucky that I refused their request, as it gave me a chance to find out the truth.
I took the car to an authorised local car service shop today 8th May (one month later) to get the brake pads changed. When i picked up the car, I was astonished to find out the brake pads that Chatswood Toyota asked me to change immediately still got lots left and would have lasted at least another 5000KM. I can't believe how honest that the Chatswood Toyota Service was! I asked the shop give me back the brake pads to keep for the evidence.
