Cheap but terrible claims process – Very cheap cover and appears to be comparable with others. My claims process is a different matter entirely. are refusing to pay. My claim is still ongoing but I will have to go to the ombudsman as the claim has been ongoing since 8/10/2015 and they still won't pay me back the ticket price minus excess.

Easy to use Website & easy to claim – Cheap Insurance website is easy to use, with it only taking less than 10 minutes from start to finish. My daughter put a claim in for a visit to the doctors & some medication that she had to buy while overseas. Stupid me accidently left my bag after visiting a "Holocaust Memorial" in Berlin. As this is considered Unsupervised, see below of their meaning, I don't believe that I fall into any of these

Unsupervised means:

-leaving your luggage with a person you did not know prior to commencing your trip

-leaving it in any position where it can be taken without your knowledge

-leaving it at such a distance from you that you are unable to prevent it being taken. They're cheap

Wouldnt travel without it ! – Easy to use website and re-assured that it is underwritten by Lloyds. Excess is standard but cover is so cheap especially for singles and couples. Easy to take out took less than 5 minutes to choose cover pay by credit card and the policy was emailed to me so i could print it off and take with me. especially the luggage cover, medical being unlimited and interupted travel..

Have not yet had to claim but so far and really pleased with the company 9 of us out of 11 took this cover out before going to bali and we will use again ! Cheap and so easy to take out online
