Hi, I am a bit worried as I have just sent all my confidential documents to checked. Are you able to confirm that my national police check will be completed soon? I have paid the extra $15 for a one hour turnaround but have not heard back yet and its past the hour. Jane

We paid the extra and it still took about 8 or 9 weeks. Shocking service.

You will not receive it in an hour, you won't receive it any quicker than at the post office. Also you have every right to be worried about your information, with this level of dishonesty you can almost guarantee they will be selling it to third parties.. their company is a cash grab

I just read this site and note that there are a few unhappy customers! Are you able to confirm if Check.com.au is a legitimate company??? I'm worried that have uploaded all my personal documents and haven't received my certificate.

They are 100% legitimate I have spoken with management also they are just a small company that’s why they can take a little longer. They do things manually from what I understand.

Thanks Ash. I finally received my certificate after following up via chat. I paid extra $15 for 1 hour express processing and started to panic when I didn’t receive it on time but all good my $15 for express processing was refunded.

They are not legitimate, they are a cash grab, I assume ash is related to one of the scammers. Use Australia post and save your money, these guys pretend to save you time but charge for a process that takes just as long no matter where you take it. They advertise 64 dollar minimum and will never charge anyone 64 dollars because that's what it costs to lodge with the poli. With this level of integrity who knows who your information is being sold to
