Should be recalled – Worst, most dangerous appliance in my house. Gas knobs turned on when I leaned over to wipe tiles behind. Nearly scalded myself down the front and my dog, when a light saucepan of sauce would not balance on the four cover bars because the handle was heavier. I had a similar stove in another brand for years which was great. This one should be recalled. Don't buy it.

Catastrophic design flaw could easily result in a house fire – The grill light has been placed below the knob, out of sight, and it is extremely easy to accidentally bump the grill on as you don't need to press it in first. You can just tap it and it flicks onto high, which it did, and stayed on high for eight hours before we discovered it. The only reason the house didn't burn down is because the grill was clean with no fat or crumbs. This is a catastrophic design error and the units should be pulled immediately.

Purchased in for $1,000.

Should be banned from production – This unit is a waste of money and resources! An actual health hazard that begs the question, did the designer have any understanding whatsoever about hygiene standards? The vented area at the rear of the cooktop is an effectual greasetrap that can NEVER be cleaned. The grill tray is unstable and does not cone with coolgrip handle. The oven is not well insulated and thus wastes energy. The knobs get extremely hot during use and pose burn risk. Perhaps the customer service team should be sacked as well because when I called them within the same week of delivery to bring their attention to the flaws they told me it was my problem and offered no resolution at all!

Purchased in at Betta Electrical for $900.

Very functional but no oven insulation – The stovetop layout is excellent and very funcyional. The safety issue with previous models has been addressed by inserting a pot bar on the 45 degree front and rear sides. The Oven is a great size BUT little to no insulation so when it is on the rest of the stove reaches almost the same temperature as the oven itself and can burn if contact is held. Dangerous for chil;dren.

Purchased at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $650.

Dangerously hot – The knobs are insanely hot when the oven is on. Tried the grill, and when I touched a knob I burnt my hand. I've never experienced warm temperature knobs on any oven let alone boiling hot and painful when trying to use them. I don't know how this product passed safety requirements. They should be recalled.
