negatively about me without my knowledge. It's important to note that English is the primary language here, and professionalism requires that it be used in the workplace, especially in front-line roles. Speaking in your own language should be reserved for the break room or outside of work. The disrespect I experienced as a paying customer was shocking. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this pharmacy, which honestly resembles a low-quality $2 store.

had a really strong chemical smell. The staff REFUSED to exchange as it was a clearance item! So the $10 mascara actually cost me $40 by the time I paid for eye spray and cream to settle the reaction down! Disgusted and will NEVER shop here again.!

Online experience very poor. Checked online that medicine was in stock in local store so ordered click and collect. Waited all day for pickup message which didn't come so I phoned the local store. Store said they had no stock and that my online order notification hadn't arrived. Asked about getting a refund and they told me refunds are not the stores responsibility. Packing to start a long trip overseas is stressful and getting into your first stop and realising I forgot some medication just added to the stress. Sarina at the Craigieburn store was so helpful, kind and caring!! With her help I managed to get my prescription from my chemist in Adelaide and able to go on my trip with medication in hand. particularly upsetting as the umbrella was given to me earlier by a real estate agent and clearly with their logo on it. I suggested they verify by checking if your store sells umbrellas with a real estate agent’s branding. Don't they have CCTV in the store to check if I stole the umbrella before coming and accused me? I found this interaction deeply distressing, humiliating and unprofessional. It made me feel as though I was being stereotyped and been treated unfairly. I am a professional, I value my integrity and expect to be treated with respect in public spaces. I will never ever go to this chemist again.

Stay Away – Ordered some protein powder on a Saturday morning. No communication the entire week. Email to chase up our order was not answered. Then we received a refund. Product over sold. I wouldn’t waste my time with this company. We certainly will not be ordering again. Poor to no communication.

Terrible online experience – Tried to order click and collect, but my store wasn't listed online. Despite having 2 in my town, the closest click and collect location was 80km away. Unprofessional! – As this is the Chemist I use for all my scripts and essentials, thought it shouldn’t be a problem for Chemist to witness document for me . What would have taken 15 seconds made me wait nearly 20 minutes , and I ended up just leaving . It appeared female chemist made me wait Intentionally and I’m sure has her own reasons ! Dreadfully unprofessional!!!

Terrible experience – Phone is not being answered nor are emails. Items were finally shipped after disput was raised by bank/credit card and then address was incomplete. Had to pick it up at post office as parcellocker number was missing. Would give 0 stars. Will never order with them again.

Not genuine – I placed and order Friday, still not dispatched on Monday, sent several email, if course no response. So tomorrow I'm ringing my bank to put a charge back on the purchase, because how conveniently their PayPal option "wasn't working" so of course I'm not covered by PayPal. Just so annoying when these companies just refuse to answer emails & well worse still not send what you ordered. I'd not recommend this place. Go elsewhere

help his condition after all and put it back on the shelf. A younger member of staff saw him do this. As he went to leave, the older lady started yelling across the store and ran after him causing everyone in the store to stop what they were doing and look. She angrily accused my husband of not having paid for the cream and demanded he empty his pockets right there. My husband professed his innocence and that he had placed the cream back on the shelf as it wasn’t what he thought he needed. She did not believe him and was still angrily accusing him. He told her to look at the camera footage and call the police if she was convinced as he had done nothing wrong. He also said he will not empty his pockets as he felt insulted. The younger employee came to his defence and confirmed she saw him put it back. All the older employee said was , oh ok, no sorry or apology for the accusation. To summarise my husband will never return to chemist discount centre on pier street because he has been publicly embarrassed and humiliated in front of all the other customers and when proven wrong they were not apologetic at all. Also the manager/supervisor watched on and did nothing and stayed silent the whole time. My husband is not a thief! He is a good person. Shame on you chemist discount centre. Absolutely awful

have NO customers, the shop is always empty. It's an out of the way shop too, long walk from the Galleria shopping centre. Their stock is at least double price of other pharmacies. Male customers usually, but not always, get service with a smile, while female customers are served by spiteful & combative females. It took me 1 hour & 2 buses to get there. I was a loyal customer, but no more. Chemist Discount? Centre - Don't call me. I'll call you! Save yourself the grief & give this shop a miss! I don't see this shop staying open for much longer.
