Chemist Outlet Green Point – The pharmacist at Green Point goes over and above. Always checks your scripts don't clash and so helpful when I need a new medication and unsure how/when/with what to take it so it doesn't upset my stomach. They really get to know you at this store, including the cashier's who are friendly and helpful. Won't go anywhere else now.

chemist outlet app had shown that I one prescription available I was spoken too by a employee in a rude and condescending manner who indicated that basically it was my problem that their app had failed. I complained to the Chemist Outlet Head Office and the reception by the lady I spoke to was a refreshing difference to the treatment at C.O Wyoming and I thank her for following up on my complaint. Who ever it was I spoke to at C.O Wyoming you succeeded in loosing a long term customer.

Thornton Chemist Outlet requested we pay $30 due to script not being scanned – My husband recently attended this store and was advised that 2 months prior they had failed to scan his scripts and we owed them $30. used. The manager, Victoria has continually attempted to defend this business. I'm concerned that if this is done to many other customers that they maybe scamming as most people would just pay such a small amount, but when multiplied by thousands of customers WELL thats a nice little extra profit for the business. We have now returned to our old chemist and will never use a Chemist Outlet again. They advertise that you" save up to 60% on ALL your Pharmacy Needs" but charge more on scripts then other chemists and then make a huge deal over an an undercharge that never took place. Be cautious when dealing with this business.

poor service – Why does the person who came in after me, who buys exactly the same item get their item dispensed before mine? Why does my item get put in a dirty security bag? Why do they use mobile bank machines that do not work for three attempts, taking 5 minutes to process a customer? I'll take my business elsewhere in future and avoid this dirty shop at Gawler Green.

Over charging – As a pensioner with a health care card you would expect that you would be to be charged the pensioner rate but they will triple the price for standard NHS medication..
