Poor Service – Do not go to the named Terry White Chemart at Wellington Point. I have also written a review under Terry White - their name is as shown here. They charge you more for a script without telling you why. anything you say. They do not listen to you. Only found out by going to another chemist that they were charging more (they said it had something to do with getting to the safety net quicker not that they had told me that to start with and not that it was an issue for me and then they kept repeating that I would need to tell them I wanted it cheaper (what did they mean by that: I don't want illegal activity to get something that I am not entitled to and never would be entitled to). Also they supplied the medication in a punch card rather than a bottle, the bottle was from another chemist which I found much easier to use.

refused to fill script – My 89 year old mother went shopping at the plaza today and wanted to get her blood pressure script also. refused by any means. I was shocked and disgusted at her behavior. Poor mum was so upset. I had to drive to another suburb to get her medication. I rang to speak to the owner who is also the pharmasist but she kept insisting that they treat every customer with respect. Bollocks! Have never come across such a thing in my life. BAD business practices. WONT be going there again.
