Very poor workmanship – Was quick to take money and install heater but heater didn't even last a year rang him and he said he call me back has blocked my calls also new flue was installed incorrectly causing a water leak and damage never use this company unless u want to be shafted

Didn’t communicate would be late and didn’t solve issue – He didn’t call us before appointment and when I texted him to find out when he would come he told me he’d come tomorrow as he’d run out of time. Only when I said I’d go elsewhere to someone more reliable did he come to property. He didn’t look at all units like i’d asked in enquiry, he didn’t sound convincing, he didn’t solve issue and I wont be using again. I will have to call another technician.Waste of $150.
