Under no circumstances, DO NOT BUY from this company, I purchased a number of items, were nothing like shown on the website & requested a refund, ended up returning the goods at a cost to me, items were sent posted to China, 4months later still waiting for my refund & it appears my emails are now being ignored. Total scammers. I received 2 x $59 linen singlet tops. They say shipped within Australia. They came from China. One was completely cut crooked and they wouldn't refund or reply post like the site says it does if it's their faulty product. They said all they were willing to do was refund me $17 and keep the faulty top!!!!! I argued with them and they said that's all they will do. A disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are not an Australian store.
The clothes came after a couple weeks but the quality not like photos and the sizing inaccurate way too small I tried to send back they offered me ten then twenty percent to keep. They won’t give me my money back until it gets to them. I’m wondering if the address is wrong. Got the bank to step in and now company doesnt respond to me but bank covered my st^pid mistake for trusting minus the postage.

I was drawn in by the beautiful photos of a blouse that looked stylish and well-made. What I received,l however, was a cheap, polyester poorly made imitation that looked nothing like the images online. The product quality and presentation are completely misleading. My delivery took 2 weeks and when I received my dress is was nothing like the description. The style was completely different and the fabric was as well. It went straight into the bin. Don’t waste your money. Show details

Australian business.– The company presents itself as a “mother daughter boutique” from Australia; however, the parcel was shipped from China.– Identical items are listed on Temu and other online marketplaces for around AUD $20.– The seller refused a full refund and instead offered partial refunds of 10% and 20%, which I declined. The false claim of being an Australian business and the misleading shipping information also constitute deceptive and unfair trading practices. I have taken this matter up with PayPal.
Bought a dress; very disappointed. Poor quality and they made it difficult to return. Claimed $20 to post it back to China. Twice I emailed them and each time they tried to evade refunding me, saying that if I didn’t like it I could donate it, it would cost $20 to ship back to china when I thought they were based in Australia and could resell it themselves. Will never buy or recommend them

Scam!!! I would strongly caution anyone from purchasing from Chloe & Sienna. Claim to be from Melbourne, but they drop ship incorrect items from China. shown as a fitted, ruffled brown style with buttons and texture; instead, I received a plain black dress with thin straps, no buttons, and no split. The white dress I received was also a completely different cut and material to what was pictured.
When I contacted customer service and provided clear side-by-side photos, they repeatedly denied that the items were incorrect and refused to honour their own Returns & Refunds Policy, which clearly states that they cover the cost of return shipping if an incorrect or misrepresented item is sent.
Instead, they tried to claim the dresses were “slightly different” and insisted that I pay for return postage myself.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. The company refuses to take accountability for sending the wrong items or for what appears to be false advertising.
I would not recommend shopping with Chloe & Sienna — the products are not as pictured, and the customer service is unhelpful and dismissive.

Follow-up · So its a month later and after numerous emails to their very responsive support team I think we have found a suitable natural fibre replacement garment. Not what I wanted but better than nothing.. I did notice that the descriptions of their garment have changed and us a good thing.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company is not a mother & daughter team from Australia. it’s a scam company from China. Selling clothes at a high price but really the clothing is coming from Temu. It’s disgusting how they are allowed to proceed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
