Agree with all these reviews, the site has lovely products but tough luck getting them!!! Its been a month and still no sign of the items i ordered. They have apparently resent it twice but why has it not arrived? Could they not try a different shipping company? Really dissapointed.
I think this company might be a SCAM. AVOID!!! They don't send what you ordered and there is NO customer service.

about the order. ZERO replies. I called a mobile number I found on Facebook. The lady said, 'Oh, let me check... I see this "just" arrived in Sydney". I said I wanted a refund (this was three and a half weeks after ordering). She insisted the order was being sent 'today'. Four days later, (nearly one month after ordering) I get a 'shipment notice' and the tracking number, which is invalid! Still no sign of the cat tree. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not waste your money. Ordered in June 2025 Despite items being "in stock", did not hear anything so I reached out a week later as I needed the order before a holiday. Replied they would send asap. Which didn't happen until another 2-3 weeks so it was too late. Neighbour helped to take the package in. When I returned, realised they sent the wrong items completely and so I reached out a couple of times but no replies.
My last two orders were not delivered and no notification of delay. The first non-delivery I phoned Chokyo and got agreement to cancel the order and refund me, I then got an email offering a substitute which I declined. Chokyo again but this time there was a recorded message refusing the call. I then emailed, plus submitted a Chokyo online cancellation, and am now hoping to get my refund. I will not buy from this merchant again.
Took the company nearly a month to send me my product. It was a lot of back and forth, first the item wasn't instock, then an apology email saying it was instock, then they blamed the warehouse for being slow to ship item. I received the cat tree which I paid $400 and it is very unstable/wobbly. They also forgot to send the free item for spending over a certain amount. Won't be shopping with there company again.
CHOKYO HONEYPOT CAT TREE – This company advertises products as being available/in stock, with click and collect orders within 24 hours. emails regarding my cat tree. Then suddenly, after over 3 months of waiting and no contact, a lovely person emailed me and told me that my tree would be shipped within the next week Or 2. This never happened and again my follow up emails were ignored. Eventually someone not as nice replied and obviously didn’t understand any of my previous communication with the ‘nice’ person.
I don’t understand what the issue is, my friend got her cat tree after 3-4 months, we ordered the same time. Where is mine??
Boycot this company. I’ll never ever purchase again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY – Purchased a cat tree in September, received an order confirmation email but no shipping details. Over a period of 8 weeks I kept being told my order was stuck in customs and would be released soon. Most recently was told it would be released in December. All emails appear to be copied and pasted. I have requested a full refund after cancelling my order. This company is clearly a scam. Do not purchase anything!

totally useless to me. All I want is delivery of the cat tree I purchased. I would avoid this company completely. They are unreliable and untrustworthy so stay away.
Worst company – Easily the worst company that I've ever had dealings with and I would advise to shop elsewhere. item is out of stock. There is no explanation or justification to what happened or to why my money was held for 4 months with no product to show for.
On closer inspection of their facebook review page, I've noted that many people have encountered similar issues and have put in claims to the ACCC. I would recommend having a look at these websites before purchasing anything here, as I believe they accurately reflect what the headache it is to deal with this company.
Dodgiest company ever – Chokyo (Playtails Pty Ltd) are super dodgy. I purchased on 24 November and the items have not been sent. I have tried contacting them 9 times and have had no response.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND – I purchased a cat tree some time back. The small top screw on piece had a split but we ended up glueing it. Eventually the piece broke and after finally threatening with the ACCC they responded (didn't acknowledge my Facebook posts on their page nor the texts through messenger). tree for the tiny piece. When I questioned it, they got extremely rude! Wouldn't use nor recommend them again (and a competitor is selling the tree for far less than they are).
No Customer Service, Dosnt send products – Haven't sent purchased items, won't respond to emails or text messages and won't answer the phone, only gets message service, been trying to contact them for 18 days so far.
