Scam!! – They sent me incorrect items from an order, then would only give me a refund if I paid for the return shipping to China! The seem to do this frequently from reading previous reviews. My credit card company is investigating them and I have requested a charge back. Show details

Bad bad bad – Terrible. Items not as depicted. Rude customer service and no returns policy. Expected to return their crappy item back to China for £20! And the hoodie I bought was a made off tissue paper! Needles to say. I did not return. disgusting.

I would give 0 star if I could – service or lack of service will not reply to emails or requests on the web site. Paid for item and after 3 weeks still has not been shown as posted. Do not use them if you want an item find someone else even if it cost you more.

thought, honest mistake, I will contact them for a refund or replacement, however the contact email address just comes back with a failure notification every time - there is no other way to contact them! I therefore accepting that my money is wasted and just grateful I didn’t spend even more. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, so I am imploring everyone else to not use this store and to tell everyone else they know not to use it either.
