Fantastic product – I have been using the day cream and the neck cream for close on 5 years now. I receive a new batch every 3 months and I am super happy with the product. Please contact me if you want me to take over your used or opened product, I will gladly pay you for it, as long as it is not the full price.
Terrible – Made my skin really, really itchy as soon ad I applied it, washed it off straight away but my skin was still itching and blotchy for hours after! Don't buy it! Rip off, I will stick to good old reliable Nivea from now on.

Out of date products - Terrible customer service - Bug infested products – If it is possible to give negative starts i would. I have been a customer with Christie Brinkley since 2016. All Australian customers BE AWARE, this company sends you out-of-date products encased with dead ants (see images attached). Despite numerous attempts to communicate to resolve this issue, Christie Brinkley has failed to respond nor… Read more

The anti-wrinkle eye cream is AMAZING – I bought the trial for the face cream which was on special didn't really care for that however it came with a free eye cream called The Close Up instant wrinkle reducer & treatment and it really works!! I never knew how bad my eye bags were until I noticed my new selfies show up ZERO wrinkles and no black circles under my eyes!!! It's like I sleep… Read more
for hours every night however for the past 2 months I get 6hrs sleep at the most but you can't tell with this cream!! I only use it prob every 3 days wow never using another eye product again.
It's all about the right consultant – My dad purchased some products and was confused about the billing. I called on his behalf and spoke to Doris on ext 247. He was extremely patient and understanding, making sure I was clear about the billing amount before hanging up. I appreciate how he handled my call as I was initially frustrated with the situation but he was very understanding.… Read more
I highly recommend Doris, he could of hung up after offering an explainiation but he knew I was still unsure and was more than happy to make sure I understood before ending the call
GOOD Product – Just used three products lately, found the day cream similar to the night cream as intense / thick, the neck cream is the same. Unable to give actual result yet. The scent can be bettered. However price in US$ is not competitive as the others available. Customer care willing to Cancel order & give refund well before due dates. Was able to… Read more
negotiate with the products I have, NO repeat charges. Willing to finish what I have & hope for positive results.

Avoid avoid – The cream turned all my white shirt collars yellow. My white T-shirts the same. Avoid this product. I cancelled my order but was still charged for I don’t know what???? Some Indian guy kept repeating himself and not answering my questions.
Pity I can't give it a "No Stars" review! – So-called 'Authentic' Skincare is a 'Triple-Whammy' Scam: 1. Famous person plugs product looking beautiful. It Must Be Good! Christie Brinkley should be ashamed. 2. They 'need' your credit card to get 'free' sample, then don't stop charging. Ms. Brinkley should be ashamed. 3. Product Stinks. Literally! Smells like chemicals & Doesn't… Read more
Work. Yep - Again, Ms. Brinkley should be ashamed. - Only Ms. Brinkley is making millions scamming you, so she doesn't care!
The up-shot: Be careful when doing Any Internet Shopping! 'Free' is just a bait. My mother was right: 1. If it looks to good to be true it probably is. 2. Nothing is free - there's Always a Price - In the case of this product, it is a literal cost as they steal from you under the guise of a 'free' sample! Do Not Listen! Don't make these thieves even richer. (Especially for a chemical-stinking crap product!)
NB. My health wasn't particularly good when I was having this product charged to my card, so I wasn't in time to get a refund. Seriously kicking myself about that. If you ARE taken in - call your bank; they will happily cancel your card for you, which will stop the THIEVES from charging you for more useless product.
The bank can also issue you a new card & PIN. Yes it sounds like a hassle, but if you don't, you could be charged HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for a really crap product you won't use!
SCAM! Hard to stop direct debits and speak to customer service – This is a shame as I liked the product. It was the fact I had asked for the shipments to come every 90 days, which was continually dishonoured as they just kept sending it every 30. I would then be charged over $100 dollars each month, with too much product to get through. I have needed to refer this to the bank as I have two cancellation letters… Read more
form the company yet they continue to charge. My suggestion is to steer clear and look for a product elsewhere. It is not worth the expense or headache to have it stopped.

SCAM! Do NOT register for anything to do with Christie Brinkley Skincare free trial – This has been the most appalling situation. I have been charged large amounts to my credit card and they advise me that all transactions have been cancelled, however I have continued to receive charges again and again. Avoid this offer like the plague that it is.
Don't register for Christie Brinkley 30 day free trial products – Similar issue as you Cathay. I thought I was getting a free trial and then I immediately get put on a payment program. I got an email recently telling me that I owe $153 and that there is a problem with my Visa card. It says 'although you had enrolled in our program initially by submitting your credit card for the payment of all subsequent… Read more
Billings, our records indicate that this card is no longer valid.
Well, that's crap that I ever enrolled in their program as they atomically put me on it.

Its a scam! – You don't receive the product until after the trial period has elapsed so it's too late to cancel and then you can't cancel and they keep taking money off your card. I had to cancel my card and when I rang them to cancel the order and told them I had cancelled my card that asked if I could give them "someone else's card number". I declined. Even… Read more
after cancelling my account with them I keep getting emails telling me that my order is ready to ship but there is a problem with my account. Now they continue to send me harassing demands for payment of the outstanding amount. I have reported them to Report a Scam and the bank.
Scam – The website states easy cancellation whenever you want but what they neglect in telling you is that once you cancel your account you will receive another two invoices for over $150.00. I had to cancel my card and still have them calling me from offshore.
Ripped off – Like others, thought I was getting a trial for free, and then had to pay $150. I am not a fan of the product either. I was left very annoyed and would never recommend this product to anyone.
Rip off – I got a free trial. Stupidly thought all of the products that arrived where free. They weren't now I have been ripped off hundreds of dollars in automatic deductions from my visa account without permission ! I am unemployed ! Also billed in American dollars instead of Australian. Beware of this CON.
Danger takes money no matter what – I suggest not buying this or even looking at it I didn’t even buy it I got it as a free gift for doing a survey and yesterday they took the last of my money out of my account and what makes it worse is that it’s my sons 2nd birthday tomorrow and they took the money I took a loan out for so I could make my sons birthday special. I am beyond angry… Read more
once I get a hold of them it’s going to be all scream also I tried the cream and it made my skin go worse it felt rough and horrible.
I got sucked in by the name of Lisa Wilkinson – The sample arrived, I tried the product for 3 days and was not impressed. I thought that's okay, lucky it was only sample so no harm done! A couple of weeks later I get a phone call to say my bank account is inactive and there is product awaiting dispatch to me. I told the person on the phone that I wasn't happy with the product and I don't want… Read more
to receive any more. He said the reason I wasn't happy was because I didn't use the product for the full 30 days. I said I'm not interested in receiving any more. Fast forward to today and I've just received an outstanding payment notice for $153.89 . Apparently the free sample is not a free sample at all. Please don't get caught out like I did!
Authentic Skincare or Fantastic Fraud!!!!! – Many months ago I agreed to pay for shipping of a sample product of Christie Brinkley Authentic Skincare. I received the sample. After this, I decided the product was not for me and too expensive. I sent an email cancelling the product orders. In October 2018 and November 2018 I have had over $800 removed from my credit card. The bank has… Read more
cancelled my card and the matter is with their Fraud Detection Unit.
I have written again asking for my money to be returned and have been advised that someone will contact me in a few business days. The phone numbers they suggested I call if the matter was urgent were "disconnected".
ADVICE:
Don't buy anything even a sample that requires you to use your credit card.
If you do, get on to your bank immediately and cancel the card.
I'm thinking of going to ACA or Today Tonight as this clearly is a scam and people need to know.
This is crap – The free trial is not free. The cream dehydrated my skin so much it left my skin feeling like sandpaper. That was only after a week. I was then chared an arm and a leg after cancelling any further orders. Best l can say don't buy this crap. When l called about the cream l told the operator that it dried my skin he told me no it didn't. I did get a 1/2 refund but still have a useless product.
Scam sacam, do not order – I payed for the trial product and a month later I noticed on my bank statement that 2 payment of $109 had been deducted in one day!! I tried to call all the numbers listed and seems that all numbers are disconnected. I had to call my bank to cancel my bank card. When I spoke to the lady at the bank she stated that numerous issues have been… Read more
reported. Do not order this product, for the price (even for the trial) not worth it at all. I always purchase the beautiful Natio brand and wanted to try something else for a change. This has come to a heavy cost for a very average product and not sure if I will get my money back. The products for my 2 purchase of $109 have not been received yet and when they do they will be sent straight back and do not want to have anything to do with them. They are a scam and wish that I had read the other comment before I made my purchase.

Scam Sacam – Was caught with Natalie Barr mentioned. Product arrived, then found out it would cost $153.00 to keep this Free Trial. When I rang to cancel, the operator (his name will remain unmentioned) had the cheek to ask me whether I washed my face before applying the cream, which I found to be quite offensive. Then to add insult to injury, it cost me over $15.00 to return to the PO Box in Victoria. Ladies DO NOT be taken in, it is a SCAM!!!
SCAM – Ditto to all the other reviews saying this is a scam.... it is definitely a scam and I am surprised it is legal. I am also surprised that i fell for it!! Avoid, avoid.... do not give your credit card details.
Angry no one listened – I had said to the consultant right from the start I only wanted a trial instead you have ripped the money out of my account not happy.
Avoid – Same story as others on here. Also the invoices are doubled up with for example the same product invoiced on days and again on different and more days on another invoice.
SCAM – SCAM I am ashamed to say I was caught out with the online advertising of this product, at my age I should know better. Luckily didn't use the product before noticing the multiple charges on my credit card, I rang the Aussie No: and cancelled the order immediately. The lady on the call centre "[name removed]" was like a robot just rambling through… Read more
the script that she is suppose to say without listening to my complaint. I spent nearly one hour trying to explain to her that I do not want the product. My bank have been notified of the disputed transactions and at their suggestion I cancelled my credit card to avoid any future non-authorised withdrawals. The amount I am charge is over $500.00 when I haven't even received the goods. The free trial which I signed up to was only to pay the shipping cost of US$2.00 to which I agreed.
Scam! – Yes I fell pray to th Christie Brinkley Authentic Way to extract money! . Why didn't I do more research. ! So call the 1800 number and spoke to a nice young sales girl (all her focus was on keeping me on the phone to talk me around). It was not going going as she expected, I kept say I was upset that I was being invoiced for a Free trial,… Read more
and what was the $153 odd dollars which would be debted from my visa card.
Not happy!
A break in the conversation and the sales girl says "can you hold"
Comes back with "how about 50% off the product you already have been sent out"
So I say, what the whole lot for $76"
Hay may I can barter them down I think.?
Is that the best you can off I said then she said " yours for $50 "
(Each jar $50 ) !!
So that's more ridiculous than the first depart offer I said .
The conversation got more and more bazaar with the girl wanting to make a sale and me not budging on any offer to keep the products.
I agreeed to send all products which I have not even taken out of the packaging since the first thing I looked at was that invoice!
I cancelled my visa card next! Their not going to get a cent out of me.

give me the physical address of the premises where they process the returns here in Braeside, Victoria. My bank have been notified of the disputed transactions and at their suggestion I cancelled my credit card to avoid any future non-authorised withdrawals. I will be returning the goods by post with a return receipt registered mail so they have no excuses to say the parcel went astray.
Remember "nothing is free" I hope posting this review prevents this happening to someone else.
Scam – I fell for the free trial.. I received 4jars of creams and tube.. I tried the cream, blistered my skin.. rang the company yesterday, whilst on the ph waiting for the “seller “ too get me a return codes, he offered me 3 discounts, coming down too $159 then $100 then $79.99, I explained that my face had blistered and “would they pay for medical bill… Read more

The return address is in Braeside Victoria, I told them I would be sending everything back, he told me “mite as well keep products”.. I’ve cancelled my credit card.. after I was told I wouldn’t be charged after all of this, & “my account”.. ppfftt..I received another email stating I now owe $189!!! All started with a celebrity face and the words free trial..
