Horrible customer service. Returned a tree and decorations within 4 days of purchase with receipt in as new condition, sealed in box ready for resale only to be told its exchange only. Zero refunds so make sure you choose wisely or better yet provide your business to a company with a better returns policy in the event your purchase isn’t right. The staff were also rude and belittling. For a Christmas store there was no Christmas spirit to assist with a refund for a young family already doing it tough.

Refused return of light and poor product – Poor customer service following raising a reasonable concern for an expensive and allegedly a high quality product. These 9 metre lights worked for less than 30 days.

Poor customer after service. Waste of money – Bought a tree topper which we discovered unfortunately over the weekend it's a bit too heavy for the Christmas tree. I decided I'd exchange it until I realised it had a 7-day return/exchange policy on the receipt. It's only just over two weeks from the date and given that I didn't know their return/exchange policy before purchasing, I decided to contact them again anyway. I stated my case and got back 'sorry but it's outside the 7 days'. I didn't accept this as it's still in it's original packaging plus with proof of purchase and certainly in re-sellable condition....No reply this time. Pretty poor customer service. I won't be making that mistake again and buy anything from there ever again, and this was a first time visit at the Albion Park store!! Don't waste your time OR money there!

Very poor – While they stated in T&C’s they would ship within 24 to 72 hours. Took a week to actually provide a shipping reference (hadn’t yet been picked up). Also said I would pay extra for shipping if they didn’t use Australia worst courier (Aramax). low and behold they used this carrier. Probably just to spite me. (Aramax deliver typically 3 weeks after the delivery date in my area). No contact or responses from the company despite my follow ups on email and web page.
Poor service, cheap products – Avoid this store in-person and online. Their shipping rates are ridiculous, not for 10 years have I had an online store try to charge $60 to ship $70 worth of baubles and stuff - the kind of package K-Mart or Myer would ship for free. I ordered 4 Christmas stockings for $24 plus $12 shipping. They shipped 3 without bothering to ask me if I would like to choose a different one or cancel the order. When they arrived, one has cobwebs on it and is incompletely sewn. Another has globs of glue on the front of it and one of the bells is glued on sideways. They are cheap, poor-quality and you'd be better off going anywhere else.
