Not at all, can't contact cigno, sent emails, called (57 in line) website said sent new password,( 5 times did not receive) is this a real company? If so do you have many employees

Stated that there would be a $30 late fee the charges me over $100 they can eat me my card is cancelled now dont use this service its a scam

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Horrible company rip you off to the max. Do not loan through them ever.

I have been way over charge considering the amount I borrowed. I understand there is an agreement but you should take into consideration people with financial hardship. I absolutely hate this company.

Absolutely terrible experience with these try hard mafia fools. Paid more than twice back and got dishonour fee from a failed payment AFTER loan was paid off. Smug cigno incredibly difficult to contact. The perfect recipe for a capitalist company australia does not need.

Kindest regards, CignoNo you did not acknowledge that cigno caused my bank to charge me with a 15 dollar dishonour fee after an unauthorized direct debit attempt made by cigno after my loan was finalised. I still await a solution as to how cigno will reimburse this dishonour fee. You are criminals running rampant.

I wouldn't recommend

I got a $350 loan of them because times were tough and are even tougher now was happy paying $35 a week when I had the spare money, now on benefits with no rent assistance woke up last week that they have taken $350 out of account the day I got paid yeah ok I get it's "late fees" but $350? That's my rent so thanks to these guys I may be kicked out of my place because lord knows I won't see that $350 back again. Tried ringing them and got "line busy"

It's killing clients into debt. Not recommendable at all!!!! Terrible!

It just happened that there was an issue with the bank transfer from auto debit from cigno and they will charged you huge amount of interest. This is not helping at all to someone who most in need rather they will trap people to be in debt. shark.. customer service agents are so rude and unhelpful to talk with...

Expensive but helpful if you need it

To hear so many people crying about the late fees cracks me up.

You were aware of these before the money goes into your account.

I had one payment i couldnt afford so i rang them. They were very helpful.

Absolutely Terrible Company

Applied for a $350 loan - Missed the first payment by 1 week as I get paid monthly, naturally they charge a late fee which is okay but $170??? ($750 for a $350 loan) For one week being late... I called and waited for 1 hour to then be greeted by a smug arrogant rude employee who consistently spoke over the top of me. I asked why I was getting charged this ridiculous amount he proceeded to give me figures that didn't make sense. As the conversation was getting no where I asked for him to send me a break down of the charges which he then replied with a halfwit comment and hung up. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have no idea how they are still operating. Do not use

A friend of mine with disabilities is on the dsp pension and got a 175$ loan to help pay his dads funeral and has missed two payments it has been three weeks and he now owes 1245$ What the hell you scammers

Rediculous fees. Cant call them only email. However money in bank by end of day. Good payment options too. Gives u discount if pay whole amount all at once. Try others

Not happy with strange fees

I am very concerned with all the extra charges, you have already applied to my statement, and pls explain what a daily interest rate is, I do not feel very comfortable with it , and have been reading some very upsetting reviews from other people

They take money out of your account, when loan is finalised.

I had a loan from Cigno Loans & paid the loan in full by card. Got SMS’s & Email to confirm this & the same night, $116.40 EXTRA got taken out. I was informed it was “my fault” because I paid by card & I get the money back they took. Next day, got a 2nd SMS & Email saying yet again paid in full. Called Cingo loans & they said it was still “pending in the system” the fellow day I had to call again & still “pending” yet all other direct debits & bpay payment are showing paid. So on the 4th day, went to call, I was Number 26 in que, sent a message for them to contact me back & they DIDN’T. Now might get some service after publishing this.

SCAMMERS!!

Would rate this zero if i could! I had taken out a $200 Cigno loan and agree'd for the payment to be taken out on such date every day my pay went into my bank, Cigno had decided to take my pay a day earlier then my agreed repayment date resulting in numerous dishonor fees and this was a continous occurance throughout 30 day period. I had then had a total owing $794.40 for the few missed repayments which i then paid in full the whole $794.40 final payment on the 22/04/19 then day later they want to say i owe them over $1000 after having received their final payments days earlier. They are now sending constant messages stating i owe money which is completely false. Had i read all these reviews and heard from family and friends whom have come forward with similar storys from Cigno before hand i would of NEVER taken a loan from cign. They will not be receiving another dollar from me and bank accounts have been cancelled as advised by Asics. DO NO GET A CIGNO LOAN!

Thought they were not to bad, Until.....

Thought they were going to be a half decent financial service until I paid my final payment ! I know for a fact they received the funds after three days they're telling me they still have not received the funds, then today they refund the payment.. I'm guessing they did this so they could charge me a fee for dishonouring the payment but actually the funds were available & the funds are still available it was an 80 dollar payment & at the time of them taking it out they're was a few K in funds in the account they took the payment from, so I'm not sure why they did that, spoke to my bank & they told me that Cingo definitely took the payment. I have a screenshot of my statement. Pity I read their reviews after I had taken out the loan this seems to be happening to more than just one person as I've read a few reviews before writing this that state the thing ! Just stay away if you don't really need a loan. Go to your bank & ask for a temporary overdraft or even other available avenues for a little bit of help. If you don't need the stress, don't go this route.

Applied for loan (terrible idea) no money was deposited to my account after the time the promised and now i guess i will be making repayments on a loan i never got....

Worst Customer Service!!!!

I called 7 times and kept getting hung up on, it sounds like their call Centre isn’t in Australia, they took out money without authorization. Customer service never want to help, they try and change their name each time they answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE. Money spot loans are so much better!!

I do not give Cigno Loans Customer Service Hang up on you when you catch them out taking money out on Unauthorized days.

Rang to get refund on Unauthorized direct debit and Lady was rude, Hung up. Absolute Rip offs. Get a $350 loan, Pay back $700. Do not get a Loan from them.

Never again

I had borrowed $250 and now it's come to nearly $1000 . I have tried calling them and no answer . They have not sent me and email or anything saying I owe them money or the money kepy bouncing back , the fee just kept going up . Ridiculous company. Don't not recommend them at all. I'm am not happy one little bit
