It makes sense that they don't have a Google Maps listing with the quality of their products and service. I used this casserole pan once, cooking on low and being very careful to take care of it, washing with a cloth etc due to wanting to take care of the new pan. The non-stick wore off after this one wash and so I go ok, it's made in Thailand, I'll contact customer service.

The support asked for 5 specific photos plus receipt copies, warranty copies and so many copies to make it as hard as possible for me.

I provided these and they came back saying the damage looks like it's oil. I need to rewash the pan 3 times a very specific way, then take photos again. It took most of a morning but I did that with obviously no change, to which they came back and said yes they refuse a return and I just need to clean it with white vinegar now and it'll be fine. I'm not damaging it further using white vinegar, so I thanked them and said this refusal was enough to dispute the credit card transaction.

They tried to prevent this by then offering a return of the full order (I can't return the item on it's own, I need to include the items that have been fine so far). I also need to pay for shipping to send poorly manufactured items back.

I don't usually come to this website, but after this experience and stealing my money, I had to share it somewhere!

The pans worked worderfully for about 6 months. We cook with them nearly every day. We made sure to clean the pans diligently after each use with a soft sponge and used silicon spatulas. After around 6 months we noticed the food sticking to the pan and slowly we incorporated more oil thinking that would resolve the problem but alas it did not. The pans were useless at this point. Contacting Cirulon and going through the process of sending them photos of the handles, inside the pan and the back of the pan ensuring proper lighting was a process in itself to submit. They essentially claimed I didn't use the pans properly or had it on high heat or didn't clean the pans. I was so disappointed at their outrageous suggestions - the pans look are in great condition. I purchased these as a lifetime set of pans as I don't usually spend so much on pans. I would AVOID THESE supposed life time guarantee non-stick products from Circulon - they do not back their claims.

Three - four years ago, I bought a three-piece skillet set, and unfortunately, all the pieces have rusted. I contacted their customer service representative in Australia and provided photographs as requested. However, their response did not acknowledge responsibility under their advertised lifetime warranty. I would suggest considering alternative brands instead of Circulon.

From Zero to Hero – This is an addendum to my earlier review- which I can’t seem to edit. I contacted Circulon about scratching on my wok frypan. From my initial contact I thought they were going to refuse to honour the lifetime warranty (as I couldn’t produce my original receipt) but customer service accepted my claim eventually & my beautiful new pan arrived today. So their warranty guarantee IS legit! ( as long as you’ve treated the cookware according to the warranty conditions - which I did). Thank you Circulon

excellent customer service – I have just been dealing with Circulon regarding a fry pan I had that was sticking. (I moved across to buying Circulon from Scanpan because of their crappy non stick surface.) Anyway, our 30CM CVD Sautés pan had started to stick & after cleaning had marks on it that looked like rust. After contacting them & sending photos (&cleaning as per their instructions) they have just contacted me to say my pan is covered by warranty & they will replace (well not exactly replace as it is no longer available) but they have given me a voucher to purchase a new one. Haven't received it yet, but so far so good. I am only commenting on their proactive response not the replacement. Will review that when I have received it. The ratings below are for the old pan that has been chucked out.
