Citi Personal Wealth Management

Improved web portal – I owned some Citi shares from an employee scheme years ago but which had since lost 90% of their original value. After cashing in last week and wiring the proceeds to Australia, I see they've revamped their clunky old portal - enough that I've now decided not to close my account (given there are no ongoing account-keeping fees). It might come in handy one day supposing I ever want to invest in US stocks. [Edit] Please note this review was submitted in the "Forex & Share Trading Platforms" category and is about Citi's US-based Citi Personal Wealth Management subsidiary (investments.citi.com). It has nothing at all to do with Citibank Online, or the Australian Citi-branded Consumer Bank which was sold to National Australia Bank on 1-Jun-2022.
