How good is the Citibank Citi Rewards insurance policy? Going to Europe for a month, tickets & hotels all paid with Citi card. There is the offer of insurance but I can't get a feel for how genuine it is. Has anybody had experience with claims? Will I need to jump backwards through burning hoops?

Is this credit card offer as per this listing still available? Zero annual fee in the first year , 60000 velocity points etc?

I ordered an Ember Mug on the Citi Rewards site only to have the transaction cancelled 2 days later with no update. When I search my profile it says the product is no longer available but it is still listed on the Rewards site. Has anyone else had problems purchasing goods? I'm starting ti think it's just not worth using Citi!
