City Car Rentals

Terrible – We were given a Mercedes from City Car Rentals after an accident – they prey on those who have been in collisions. I did not check the car on recipt as I was badly shaken and wanted to get my frightened children home from the accident. Upon return (after five weeks!), they claimed I had damaged three wheel trims and charged a whopping $620 to my credit card without even discussing it with me first.

For a supposedly high-end company, their staff are scruffy and rude. All they are interested is getting as much money from insurance companies as possible and ripping off the victims in accidents.

Target people shaken in accidents. Charge credit card without permission. Rude staff.
