Worst experience ever – These people are thieves in business of Serviced apartment hotel. They offered crap place for such a big amount of money I paid for 4 nights! They put photos of the hotel when it was new but if you go now in the rooms, they are smelling and bathrooms have mould in them. Air conditioning and heating system doesn’t work, doors have holes in them, the apartments need renovations but they are earning money without doing any renovation work and they don’t care about your health! Microwave not cleaned at all, no one came for service after night one. I had to leave this hotel after spending night over there because health concerns because I couldn’t sleep in freezing and smelling room! The receptionist said that they will refund me for last two nights but they didn’t! So I’m posting this review for people to be aware that they shouldn’t book this hotel by seeing the photos they have uploaded on various websites and apps! They are thieves!
