These kind are useless in keeping to their word. And their faq on shipping is deceptive do not use this store on the basis of any after sales service it’s none existent.

technology on the 12th June and by the 15th June I haven't heard from the dealer and contacted them by phone. I was initially informed they still haven't received it but when I confronted with the proof was told "yes we have received it but it will take another 14days to process it.

One cannot judge a company by a sale. It can only be Judged how helpful and are willing to help when thing go bad. I have been a customer of City Technology for over 5 years and will never visit them again.
