I wish I could give them any less stars then I would. They keep promising times they never deliver on. A 4.30pm delivery comes in 1pm next without communication unless you call them and follow up. Very Poor Customer Service – We had not used this company for some time, we received contact from them asking if we could start to use them again. We used them a couple of times and then they sent out a request to update our account. to update our account first, this was not explained when they sent the update request. When I tried to explain the situation, their rep kept talking over the top of me. I asked this person several times to stop talking over me and please let me finish, she continued to talk over me. When I requested she stop (several times) and let me finish, she said she would not stop. Suffice to say we have taken them off our books.

Great service, great rates :) – I use Civic on a weekly basis, along with about 3-4 other courier companies. Civic is at the top of my list for courier suppliers, great rates and customer service is fantastic - I've always had my queries addressed quickly when made. My local rep Freddy is a superstar! Don't bother if you need something delivered – We had booked in a 1 ton tray to deliver a machine to Lilydale at 9:30 am for delivery before 4pm. We waited and nobody turned up. They then called us apologising and promised it would be picked up the following day. The next day again it wasn't picked up and they called again apologising. It was picked up the following day. worst company ever – we regularly use civic to send items to different places....they are always late, they lie about when they will come, they charge a bundle for small items, they couldn't care less about customer service. Don't use this company – We regularly receive goods sent by a supplier who uses Civic Transport. The drivers are rude, demand that staff leave the shop to help unload (not possible when there is only one staff member there), and move slowly. We have seen them sit around after delivery so that the time for the delivery registers on their GPS as longer than it has actually… Read more

Incompetant Courier Service – My Company organized a very important pickup through Civic Transport Clayton. I was called 6 times during the day by different employees regarding a change of truck type or delay. This is one of many issues I have had with Civic, I will never use them again and I suggest no one else does.
