No customer service or responsibility at all – good sales speech, caused endless issues and sever water damage. I actually got told to get lost. We have water damage and structural damage. They do not even have the decency of taking my phone call or coming back out. They blame a dirty drain or dirty coils and said I need them cleaned. The first and second items on the quote are cleaning the coils and the drain.
