Their website states due to the value of my order (over $150), I'm eligible for Express Delivery within 4 days. perfectly fine. Second delivery attempted 27 September failed because the driver claimed 'locked gate'. There is no gate at my property. No further attempts at delivery were made after this. The tracking number has since stated "In transit" since 27 September with no further update. I called StarTrack on 6 October (giving them just over a week leeway) and they claimed someone should have called me to organise a redelivery, but no one did. Today (9 October) I received a call stating they returned my products to sender due to failed delivery. I am fully aware I am speaking about Star Track's very well-known, incredibly poor service, but Clear Skincare have contracted them as their delivery partner so this is on them. Don't buy from this store online because you just won't receive your products. You're better off going in store.

Terrible service and left with burnt skin – Booked in for laser hair removal, the process was terrible. Clearly trained to pressure clients into buying their products on top of this they burnt my skin in the process. Dark Circle Eye Cream – I have used other really good haloxyl based creams and lotions and I know they work on me to reduce dark circles. This product makes no difference at all. Simply not enough active ingredients. They claim it is 10% haloxyl and chrysin, but it can't be; haloxyl is the second last ingredient listed on the jar. Save your money and buy a really good product where haloxyl is the second or third ingredient listed.

I love this product – I have had problem acne for years and have tried so many different kinds of products. I started getting results in 2 weeks and now my breakouts are under control......such a relief. I also love the Easy Squeeze, this little pimple popper is so handy, I keep it in my handbag and I take it everywhere. So easy to use and everyone is commenting on how good my skin looks
