Best product ever – Amazing product that I really love, so much better than pimple patches or other things that I have used

Doesn’t work – Spent almost $12 on this tiny little tube and it does absolutely nothing if anything it’s making them worse. Used to have barely any pimples now get them more and can’t say it’s from this product but they aren’t going away after using it Show details

Product works, but plastic tube cracks open – Product works as described, but after a couple of years of squeezing the plastic tube it has split along the both sides resulting in product oozing out and into the hand. Show details

Not 4 hours but works for me! – This unfortunately doesn’t work on pimples that have already appeared but if you put a bit on one that is just starting to come up, by the morning it’s gone. Show details

CLEARASIL RAPID ACTION DOES NOT WORK! – I bought this product 2 days ago, and it has not done anything at all! I followed the instructions exactly how they were on the box, and there was zero change in appearance! And I don’t even ever really get acne at all. It was just 1 pimple, and no change at all! Especially not within 4 hours! Definitely false advertising.  Show details

Does not working four hours! – Four hours ..... what a load of rubbish! Used the product for four days and it still didn’t get rid of my pimples. Plus it doesn’t dry and if you use it at night, it actually bleaches & stains your sheets - not recommended. Show details

It works, just not in 4 hours – if you applied too much of this product it will irritate your skin causing it to itch or burn which it states that on the box, also if you are allergic to this product do not use it, test before use. This product does not work in 4 hours but you should be able to see results in about 5 days. It clearly states in the instructions to apply a thin… Read more

layer, meaning almost transparent. After allowing it to dry continue to moisturize your face to prevent any flakeiness or dry skin. I recommend to use this product after your skin routine but please if you are worried about dry or flaky skin, moisturise. Again if you develop any skin irritation with this product, discontinue. And as it clearly states on the box, if you hvae sensitive skin test on a small area first. It doesn't work in 4 hours but it does conceive some result. If you're not happy with this product, DON'T USE IT. (I'm 15 with only a couple blemishes. Do not use this on acne. Consult with a doctor and get acne treatment. This product is for pimples, not acne. There are so many different types of acnes and its probably not a good idea to use it on something you are not yet aware of or how it will affect your acne).

Don't waste your money – This just does not work. After a couple of days of no results I switched to tea tree oil at night and Clearasil during the day (due to the strong smell of the tee tree oil). My pimple has stayed the same during the day when I continued the Clearasil, but after using the tea tree oil, it has dramatically reduced in size. Just pretty much wasted money on this. Show details

The old clearasil is better – I used to apply the old version of Clearasil in a pink form and it clear my pimples without fail. This new rapid version did not work, not just within 4 hours, it did not work as effectively as the old version. I cannot find the old version in the supermarket. This new rapid version required a lot more to be applied to the pimple with less effectiveness. Is this the brave new world of marketing. Trying hard to kill the brand name. Show details

Literally the only thing that works for me – this product isn’t one that will help for everyone but it definitely worked miracles for me! I’ve had whiteheads and acne for years - after stopping acne medication this has been the only thing to clear my skin!! definitely recommend for teens with combination to oily skin, best not for people with dry or sensitive faces :)

Waste of money – I've previously purchased a clearasil pimple cream, packaged similar to this, so I thought it was the same product. It seems they have changed the formulation. This one does not work. The old formulation actually worked for me by drawing out the pimple, it would dry white like a dab of toothpaste which I would apply overnight. No idea why they decided to change it. Waste of $15. Total rip off.

HAPPIEST TEENAGER – It was perfect, when i was younger I used to have bad acne, however as I grew up my acne left. However I suddenly got bad pimples and felt to embarrassed as it brought back the worst memories of my younger years. I brought the Clearasil because of a friends suggestion as I had to go out tomorrow as it is New Years Eve. It worked amazingly!! My giant pimple cleared up and I've never been so happy I wish I knew about this when I was younger!!.

It does heal pimples faster – So I've never had acne as such but i do get the monthly break outs and they are bad. I got this on a hunch and no expectations. So the 4 hour may be true for smaller pimples but mine was more like a small abcsess. It healed in days rather than weeks. So, it works.

Honestly, y'all just don't know how acne works..! – "My pimple got big later, blah, blah". Yeah, all pimples do! That's the first road to recovery, the product did work, you just didn't wait. Yes, it says four hours - but let's be real, it's not going to GO in four hours, it's going to begin to go. Which, yes includes it getting worse. For you, it might not work - although your reasons for it not… Read more

working aren't the best. For me, I've re bought this product three times. Each time, my breakouts GO. I can't recommend this product enough. Y'all get some clearasil!

Terrible product for me – I am lucky enough to have very few pimples but a few months back I got one on the end of my nose. I had a very important work event to go to so my girlfriend recommended using Clearasil Ultra Acne Treatment 4Hr Rapid Action Pimple Cream as it works for her. So I gave it a go and it was the worst mistake. Within the four hours my pimple took on a… Read more

life on its on and got very red an sore. Over the next couple of days the pimple progressed into a 3 headed monster and I never had so much pain from a pimple before. At the time I thought it was the cream but I stupidly kept on using it in the hopes it would reduce it but it just got worse. Unfortunately this week I have had another pimple but this time weirdly enough it os on my stomach. Again I used this cream and again it has morped into the worst pain, swelling and severe redness. I understand that this product works for some people but if you dont see an improvement then stop using it as like me you may be alergic to it. Worst two pimples ive ever had and it was the two times I used this cream. Its a no from me AVOID.

This product is perfect ! – I suffered from sever acne on both sides of my lower cheeks/jaw line, it all comes down to application and prior skin care! What I did was I cleansed my skin before application, using garner miscellar water, I then applied a thin layer directly over the affected area, don’t be scared to just use this product, or it will not work. I woke up the… Read more

following morning yum acne was reduced and my redness by 10/10 cleared up almost in one night ! I very highly recommend, just make sure in terms of application you apply this product and use it effectively.

Not a 4 hour miracle, but still a great product – Maybe you've got to use the product at the earliest stage, but I didn't, and the 4 hour promise didn't quite work. But it is still a great product - within 2-3 days, it definitely helped reduce the size and redness. Also wasn't too harsh on the skin, no peeling etc. Highly recommended. Maybe have it and use at the first sign of a pimple forming - and it will help it not happen at all

Small pimple turned into burnt rash irritated skin – Product irritated my skin, felt my skin burning within minutes, washed my face with water only. The blemish area became red and bumpy. And the rash is flaking my skin. Don't recommend, I've learnt the hard way. Not worth the $$$ and the irritation. Hopefully it goes away soon.

False Advertising! – Dont waste your money if it is a genuine quick fix you are after or any fix for that matter!! I brought this product and applied it directly onto blemishes had a look four hours later and BAM.... no change..... hmmmm four hours.... YEAH RIGHT... i didnt even notice a difference the next day or the next!! Waste of money if you ask me!

it works – I've been using Clearasil for the past year or so every time I want to clear my face and it really does work. I can see a noticeable difference after the 2nd day which is pretty cool. One thing I've noticed though is that it makes my face very pale which friends and family have commented on thinking there was something was wrong with me. Other than that it's quite pricey but works great. I would recommend it.

Works well! Noticable differences – This product is expensive at around $15AUD for a 15mL tube however I have very stubborn, persistent, genetic acne and this is one of the few over the counter products that really makes a difference for me without burning my skin. Although, I do agree that it is not the promised '4hr reduction' it says on the bottle - I have found washing your… Read more

face in warm water, pat drying and then applying this right before bed gets great results.

I react dermatologically to a lot of Clearasil products because of the benzoyl peroxide, but this one is void of that chemical and is gentle while being fairly effective. effective, gentle, widly available, compact, travel friendly expensive, does not live up to 4hr reduction claim

Worst product ever – I've never broken out so badly - I suspected it was this cream that was actually making my one spot worse and so on a dangerous whim I spread a thin layer over my clear chin just to see what would happen - big mistake!! i've never broken out like this before - 12 new spots all clustered on my chin for the past week! them just look worse as they've all popped and are open leaking wounds (ew sorry but it's true). Never using the product again - do not buy!!

It's the worst product ever in that it's overpriced and does the exact opposite of what it claims to do.

Dissapointed – I bought this with high hopes that it might even lessen the redness of my morning pimple outbreak but it did the opposite and aggrevated them badly. On the box it states "visibly reduces pimple size and redness in just 4 hours". I always allow for some exaggeration in product descriptions so I thought it might at least reduce the redness over… Read more

night. I woke the next morning with raging red pimples like never before. I immediately washed my face with my usual soap free wash for sensitive skin and lightly applied tea tree oil to the pimples. The redness was reduced by 50% within the hour. I will continue using tea tree oil now.

Aggrevating, small tube, very expensive

Bad – This product is really expensive it costs RRP$14 for a 15 gram tube. Though you only need to apply a small amount to a pimple it does last but is only recommended for those with only one or two spots me having me severe acne I found it did very little. The product claims to show clear skin in under four hours. In this time I did notice the color… Read more

of the acne faded but didn't do enough to justify the price of this product. Using it twice a day for three days I begin to notice the lump of the acne disappearing. There are much cheaper faster products out there. I would recommend trying something like Benzoyl Peroxide although that drys skin quicker so get a low strength version.

Expensive, Not worth it you see very little results in four hours and there are much cheaper alternatives.
