The window that lets the light in plus water – I bought an attic windowf from clear view windows Launceston. I had it installed professionally. It looked good, just the ticket for a much needed space in roof. Until it rained and started leaking around the glass seal in frame flooded out bathroom. I rang the company and they told me that as someone was on their way to Hobart onfolling week he would look in and fix the problem. That week passed and no man came to fix it...I rang again and was told as they were working over Christmas someone would call and fix it. Now nearly halfway through January and praying it does not rain I am still waiting...I am an aged pensioner and feel I have been taken advantage of and after paying more than $320 for a leaky window..
