Very very poor delivery The package was left at the roadside and could easily have been taken by anyone Why didn't the delivery driver drive down the driveway and leave the package at the front door? I am very disappointed. Your service is very poor

Whatever you do , DO NOT buy anything from this seller . I bought an outdoor fridge which cost $1400 and it stopped working after just 2 years . They would not replace it even after I went through the Consumer Protection Service even though it did not comply with consumer law by not being durable for what it was designed for. service is non existent. The have caused me so much stress it made me ill and that I have given up , which is obviously what they wanted me to do. Give your money to a reputable seller instead of these terrible people.

2-door bar fridge barely lasted 12 months – 2-door bar fridge barely lasted 12 months and wasn’t covered by their warranty even tho ACL / ACCC recommends 2 years warranty on refrigerators which are meant to last 6-13 years. Seems the thermostat or compressor blew up here, fridge is set to 3 degrees but won’t go below 18 degrees now, they won’t even send a repair guy out to fix it so I am taking the P.O.S to the tip today. Thanks for nothing!

Rubbish quality greenhouse – Please don’t even think about buying one of their greenhouses. The UV resistant panels are rubbish. Roof has disintegrated and only just 12 months since erected. This business misleads customers and the customer service is hopeless – Their website states "Better price? Call us" I called and spoke to someone with a poor grasp on English who asked me to repeat the words "price match" 5 times. source this item ASAP I called again. This time, a native English speaker answered and I said I was waiting on a call back about a price match. I got the distinct impression that had I not called again, I would not have heard from them. He was short in manner and asked "Is it for an outdoor kitchen?" Um no. "Is it for a BBQ". Um, also no. "Well we can't price match then" despite their website indicating that they do!! If they only price match on TWO products, why advertise it as a broad policy?!

Fine, whatever. I then said I had received a discount code in the last 30 mins via email and had tried to apply it to my shopping cart but it didn't work. That was also too bad. The response was along the lines of can't/won't do anything about it - it was sent out automatically and is probably an expired code.

Hopelessly lacking in professionalism and competence. Don't send out discount codes that don't work and then tell your customers "nothing we can do about it" and don't promise price matching when you dont offer it!

Hopefully the actual product works.

Service – I would like to say that John and Sally really handled my concerns with order well. Although there can be hurdles (like in all business), they went above and beyond in rectifying a situation, CHE should be proud to have such “can do” employees. Show details

Plastic greenhouse disintegrated in 8 months – After numerous attempts to get them to take responsibility for their shocking product I can do nothing else but leave this review, hopefully saving others the same experience. Their 6x3m greenhouse started disintegrating after on 8 months of use, leaving tiny bits of plastic all over the soil. I tried emailing and calling Click Home Express and all I got was promises to get back to me. Shocking product, awful service. John

Waste of money – Very cheap manufacturing. Bought an outdoor setting and the chairs cannot physically be pushed under the table due to armrests wedged to each other. Wonky sofas, dodgy company – Name of company was Click Home Express, for some reason it didn't publish the name correctly, perhaps Product Review could correct it as I'd been technically unable to do so. completely off and the craftsmanship was so terrible that once put together it looked like a poor joke to play on someone. The studs on the arms were so crooked it looked as though Santa dipped into the eggnog one too many times as well. After submitting photos I tried to not only get my money back but I asked that they pay to have them shipped back as well. From that point on it was nothing short of the typical run around from different individuals saying the same thing repeatedly, ..."thanks for your update, we will notify you of next step in process..", obviously a ploy to tire out the customer. I've contacted the necessary bureau to handle it from here on out. WARNING:. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY A MERE CUSHION!!!
