Terrible waste of time – Appointment was for 1.15pm, it never happened, we called five times to see what was going on, they kept saying oh sorry, we will contact the doctor, in the end they texted us 6 hours later saying they could not do the appointment - we wasted a whole afternoon, if they had said this at the beginning, we would have gone to a f2f clinic instead; don't waste your time - I don't even trust they are real...

Poor service!!! Must be avoided! – They do not provide professional consultation, just eager to charge you. Not even worth one star! Would not recommend it at all. The service must be stopped!!!

Beware of this Clinic – There was an extreme language barrier so no suitable medical advice could be given. When contacting reception after the appointment, there was much effort to get one of the 2 things I was requesting, although still only received a basic medical certificate. And no referral. Only after putting in a transaction dispute and a dispute through hotdoc support to intervene. ClinicAll needs to be put out of business. Absolutely do not even think about booking an appointment with them. Prepare to lose you’re money for almost nothing in return.

Still waiting for my prescription!! – Very disappointed with this telehealth service. Requested one NP, got another. Requested a specific time, was contacted 45 minutes earlier. Couldn't hear NP due to their child in the background. After consultation, waited a few hours for med cert and prescription. Contacted ClinicAll, lovely receptionist. I get my med cert. It's now over 22 hours since my consult and no prescription. Had to contact them again. But very quick to take my 55 dollars. Not recommended.
