I paid for a consultation expecting a call only to be advised that my number is incorrect which it isn't and they couldn't get through. You have no way of communicating with them via email or via their help desk. Checked the details online again and they are correct. Re submitted and same response. Because I had no other way of communicating with them I had to cancel the consultation. Annoying!

Getting worse. And failing on providing information and basic services such as script review and approval. I am thinking I will get a new service after what appears to be deliberate misunderstandings from the customer service people.

What was disappointing was that this limitation was not clearly communicated before payment. If I had known this medication could not be prescribed through the service, I would not have booked the consultation.

I contacted customer support requesting a refund of the $49 consultation fee, but the request was declined.

I hope the company improves transparency so patients know beforehand whether a medication can be prescribed through the platform.

Instant Scripts, uploaded photos of the area, and within 1 hour had a telehealth appointment with a doctor. He prescribed an antibiotic ointment which was then sent as an e-script. Fantastic service for something like this which can be seen visually.

Waste of money. Took my money 1st. Refused My prescription and told me to go and see a doctor. Save Yourself $49 and dont bother paying for someone to tell You to go and see a doctor.

My son required medication for croup and the doctor listened and prescribed suitable oral medication to assist with this medical condition that had the potential to worsen without intervention. Extremely relieved and grateful for the Doctor’s assistance.

Fantastic no hassle prescriptions. My first visit a doctor called me back with minutes but now I just put in a request and get the prescription sent out within minutes. Great for those prescriptions you take every day. Obviously I would see a doctor if anything else was needed or talk to one of their doctors.

Fantastic service, I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor and this service helped immensely. They called back very quickly and were professional and helpful. I recommend if you need a script urgently.

Just been to collect my script and found the DR had changed what I had been using to a lower dose of what my own DR had prescribed for me. I asked for cortival1/2 and he ordered cortival 1/5. Unethical!! Definitely not pleased.

Unfortunately, despite telling my doctor that I needed a tablet or something stronger to combat my issue, she barely listened to me and simply prescribed me something I had already been using. Felt annoyed and not listened to. Disappointed as I’m now out $49 PLUS more money for the “prescription medicine” I was told to get which, surprise surprise, didn’t work, as I’d already told the doctor.

60 tablets I.e. 2 boxes of 30, plus a repeat script for $49. I took this option as I thought I was would receive a prescription for 60 tablets PLUS a repeat script for another 60. Turns out when I went to the chemist it is only a single dispense of 30 tablets x 2. I could have simply ordered 2 x $19 for $38 (which is 60 tablets), rather than be tricked into thinking I was paying slightly more for a prescription of 60 tablets with a repeat for another 60 for only $49. Even with a return customer code discount which gave me $5 off, I paid $44 for what I thought was a “repeat” script when I could have only paid $38 for the same thing… I was embarrassed when I spoke to the chemist and asked for the repeat script and she said there wasn’t one, and that I shouldn’t use online doctors because they can’t authorise repeats… ?

Great service - awesome if you can’t get into your GP right now but you are needing your medication shortly. Have used this service a number of times - they have options of how you want to receive your script as well.

No hassle filling form for a sick certificate, quick turnaround which is great especially when you are sick and can't drive, or not in the best form to talk to anyone.

I just had my first experience with Instant Scrips. They were efficient but gave no repeats and made the scrip a private one. This meant that for the scrip I paid 5 times the normal price. None of this was explained to me. The service is needed where I live but it needs to be honest to us punters.

Easy to use site. Very helpful for when you need relatively simple medical help but the nature of that help makes it hard to leave the house. For example, it’s outside of normal hours, you need the help in a short amount of time, but you don’t need an emergency department. Good price for service.

Great service, really easy to use. I didn’t wait long till the Dr. called me. Once eveything was approved my e-script came almost instantly. I’ve been using InstantScriots now for many years and have never had an issue.

The process was very quick; the doctor was very knowledgeable & helpful. I was given a prescription for a medicine to help me with my gout flare up - very quick & efficient service. Highly recommend.

Simply love the no nonsense ability to order online for repeat prescriptions. Then almost immediately being contacted by a doctor to answer a few pertinent questions to ensure that medication is still appropriate. Then immediately receiving a electronic script - all for $19.00 - a bargain. Did not need to leave the house or visit a medical centre. Prompt and efficient, so much cheaper and easier than driving into the city to sit in a waiting room to see a doctor and be charged more than 4 times the amount. So handy when you have a migraine to be able to stay in bed in a dark quiet room and source what you need.

My GP has retired and I have not settled with a new GP. I downloaded the APP, entered my details and a GP contacted me within a few minutes. I was given a referral and an XRay request form - easy.

Very user friendly site, that gives you the price upfront! (No surprise hidden charges after you fill out the form). Extremely prompt response from Dr. Kelly who was professional, very helpful, friendly, and super efficient. Once I submitted the form online, it only took about 3 minutes in total, to receive my prescription.

I absolutely recommend it. As a foreigner visiting Australia on holiday, I was able to get a medical consultation quickly and receive an appropriate prescription.

Very easy to use, I needed to speak with a doctor as my medication isn't a regular medication. The doctor phone within a few minutes of me putting the request through. So much easier for this sort of thing than trying to get into my own doctor.
