Couldn’t recommend anything else – It was exactly what I didn’t expect, I expected long wait times and approval from various places, it wasn’t anything like that. reason, the results through the app came through within a week. Gave me everything I needed. I’ve already had friends use it and they’ve said the same, probably 5+ of my friends and mutual have got it since I did and all have said the same. Do and will continue to recommend.
Excellent – I liked the convenience of getting these tests done without having to wait for a GP appointment. I simply printed out the pathology form that was emailed to me. Popped down to pathology to do the tests. My results were available online a couple of days later. Simple! Thanks so much

my first test I have to say this is 100% the way to go. Results were sent through within 48hrs even though it was Christmas and I got in before the pathology lab closed for the break. The results are also written so you can clearly show and or store your results and I love that if you should need a script, this is automatically emailed also, no need for another appointment. A much better system and something I can do regardless of what location I’m in Australia wide. I’ve already recommended it to many of my friends that find going to a GP or sexual health clinic uncomfortable and as a result don’t test. I truly believe this service will make a difference to sexual health in the community.
Great referral system, poor results delivery and communication – Great solution for accessing referrals. They are having trouble with their software and getting the results to people in a timely and efficient manner. I competed 2 x STI tests in the same week. assumed the worst. So, I set up the App and followed their instructions and there were no results loaded into it. Absolute panic and stress. It was later on a Friday and they'd finished for the day. I emailed them and they remedied the problem the next day (negative result). It wasn't my best 24hrs.

Initial hiccups aside due to implementation of new systems, I would say their offering is pretty good. Smooth booking and payment process! It also saves your time, like for me, I would have had to go in make some time/ wait for GP appointment for a general check up. referral process streamlined. Will be definitely using this again. Being born overseas, I had different experience in getting general blood tests done, like we didn’t have to visit GP to get a referral to get a test done! Stigma health has made it almost similar experience, quick and easy! Love it.

Absolutely awful service, will never use again. 2 weeks in and still no results, no reply to my email. Ok I'm updating my review. The original service was very poor, however, since then the follow up has been very good - prompt and efficient...amazing what a poor review can do. In fairness, they did say there was an update in their web portal which may account for results getting lost and the subsequent delay. Would I use them again? Maybe.

Disappointing and left in the dark – I completed pathology on 19/01/2025 and today it's 07/02/2025 and still haven't received my results which is upsetting and causing me alot of stress over the unknowns. only two responses received which explained there are delays in pathology, the doctors have been busy with the number of screens to process, and they are following up, saying I will receive a text when the results are in.
It's been 2 days shy of 3 weeks since I completed the test with Stigma. The reason I chose to return to Stigma was due to a previously seamless process, and due to seeking to have a stress free screen completed.
These delays and the follow up I've had to complete to find my results, with very limited responses from Stigma, goes against what they advertise themselves as on the web

I really like the idea of telephone consultations — there’s no need to go into the clinic and wait to see the doctor, as everything is done over the phone. The clinic is very professional, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. My blood test results came back within 3 days, and I was able to view the results straight away. I find their idea really great and practical, I only got problems related to the delivery of my results. After starting the interaction here, I got help from them and apparently the pathology lab was not sending the results soon enough. But just wanted to thank for the help sorting it out. Show reply

Super easy to do everything online and just pop into the pathology clinic to get a test, so much faster than having to wait round in a walk in clinic or pay $50-$100 for a test, can do the test in my own time plus the bulk billing is an added plus! Show reply

unfortunate there phone system isn’t helpful and I was almost at pathology so email and waiting god knows how long isn’t an option.
I’m used to it being instant so I can grab it and go straight to pathology.
I got an email reply DAYS later also resending it.
I've just signed up and this process could not have been more simple and streamlined to do. This is cheaper than seeing my GP to get the same request, and I can do the request instantly from home. Looks like it will be bulk billed for me as well, so even better. Can't wait to be a regular user ☺️ Show reply

Recommended – Very quick an easy to use. Some clinic where you have to make a booking can take up to a week to see you. With stigma you just need to fill in the questionnaire and it sends you the pathology. Super friendly and easy to use. Would recommend Show reply
