So very slow
Their service is so very slow that its much more convenient to go to a GP and pharmacy in person. The medication is also more expensive.

Refreshing experience!
The experience I have had with Kin has been really easy to set up! The nurse practitioner I was working with was very helpful and informative and they didn't mark any issues I had down to weight, or just being female, like a regular GP would. Thanks Kin.
New order with 2 months expiry
Disgusted that a reputable brand like kin fertility would send me product with 2 months expiry. I don’t plan on taking these straight away, the tablets are for postpartum which is Dec 23 so gives me no time to take these. So upset and disappointed I’d receive something like this and have to deal with the inconvenience at 33 weeks pregnant.
Can’t believe it’s that easy!
Recently joined and it has been the most seamless experience. No waiting at the doctors, I filled out the questionnaire, pay my membership, spoke to someone and within less than a week my pill turned up at home.

Super easy and delivered very quickly
The form was very easy to fill out, a nurse reviewed it and my pill was delivered - all within 6 days! So great!
Great to know but..
I got my blood test then I ended up having to wait a whole month for my results. They did have wonderful communication throughout this time but a long wait which lead me to feel worried.
The results itself was comfortable and easy to understand. The Dr explained everything thoroughly.

Super simple to do, the steps are explained and the information provided was great. The Doctor made me feel really comfortable and safe to discuss my questions and the results which I was quite nervous about. Highly recommend!
