repeats, they wrote a script with minimal repeats for a medication that is low risk and safe for long term use. Then when i asked for more repeats they gave me a generic response from an admin staff rather than doctor and said i needed to book a new appointment and pay the booking fee. Definitely felt like a money grab with poor customer service.

Tried a few prenatals before settling on Kin, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They don't upset my stomach, don't leave a horrible aftertaste, and are much easier to take than the others I've tried. Highly recommend!

I have used Instantscripts a few times as I spend a lot of time on the road, I can't fault their service, very quick on return calls and drs who are easy to talk to with excellent results, can highly recommend.

rude and dismissive; she told me the dosage of my medication for my condition was extremely high. I told her it was actually at the low end and she simply told me "that is wrong". I have since confirmed that it definitely is at the lowest end.

She provided the repeat anyway (after a 1m 43s consult) so I'm unsure why she bothered being so rude to begin with.

If you actually need a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner I would not use this service.

With Medmate, a Doctor called me within half an hour. I received a text prior to notify the Dr would be calling soon. Fast, convenient and thorough. You also receive a follow up call from one of the Nurses a day or two later to check in on you and to see if you’re doing well. Such a fantastic service, I was so impressed! I will definitely be issuing this service again.

the appointments to be cancelled from their end without notification. Now the next available appointment is an additional several weeks away. If you need any help, you’re not going to get any unless you’re willing to get cancelled on. Absolutely awful

politely asked for an update to only be told 48 hours is the only time frame that they can provide.

I decided to pay for another medical certificate through updoc and received my certificate within the hour at a cheaper price.

I asked for a refund but was told they are only possible if you get over charged.

If you need your medical certificate promptly I would not bother using this company.
